i'm from Cebu, pure Cebuana, and i know "kabati" means "ang panget" in tagalog...but on the other hand, the "kabati" which the guy meant is "heard"..."i seem to hear this song sang by Nonoy Pillora a long time ago", this is what he meant (the guy is an Ilonggo)...and btw, i understand and knows how to speak all the Visayan dialects :-)
