  • Thats not low at all! the crop duster that flies at my house is atleast 3/4 lower than that!

  • @tomydude165 You must live in a really small house, then.

  • thats not low passes,,,we've got pilots up here in Canada that have crop hanging off the landing gear when they land to refill

  • wtf

  • My dad is a welder at Air Tractor

  • My dad is a fireman

  • Seeding rice.

  • It's actually a dry application on rice, I believe. He's not spraying liquid, because there's a dry material spreader attached. You cant run liquids with the spreader hooked up.

  • where were the "extreme low" passes?

  • Looked like an aerial application of some aquacides. Was he spraying to kill aquatic grasses?

  • what kind of engine is on that thrush? looks like a european engine i saw on an agcat.

  • All my ag time has been in Ag Cats and Air Tractors, so I'm not too familiar with the Thrush line, but it appears to me to be an S2R with either a Walter or PT-6.

  • Yeah, it does have the PT-6 exhausts...I've just never seen a PT-6 with that huge intake under the spinner.

  • Yeah, Norcal. Right next to Sacramento International.

  • walter, no flaps ,good thing its a thrush

  • parabens!!!!!!

  • Was this rice in Nor Cal??

  • Yes. It's just west of Highway 99 about a half mile north of Sacramento International Airport. There's a duster service right there and you can park off the road and watch them takeoff and land.
