Republican or Democrat just once I want to see a President at the end of a speech instead of saying "God Bless The United States" say "God Bless Every Nation On Earth No Exceptions"
From a Romanian who survived Communism (the founding father of todays socialism/liberalism/progressivism) and for about 20 years a naturalized Canadian, from the bottom of my heart, just a simple GOD BLESS AMERICA, Land of the Free and Home of the Braves, this IS MY America i always looked at while behind the Iron Curtain and listening only to Radio Free Europe!
Also, by Christian symbols, Holy Bible for instance, these ARE traditional values communists banned for 45 long years, unsuccessfully!
Often I hear from arrogant youngsters in America, fresh out of some Marxist-influenced college, criticizing the US, seeing America through the eyes of her detractors, with total lack of perspective or appreciation while they are clear beneficiaries of her freedom, bounty and security... just ingrateful lilliputians sitting on the shoulders of giants, our ancestors, who fought, sacrificed and worked hard to give us this most precious and rare of inheritances... freedom.
All part of the damn Michael Moore fan club, if I had my way I would send all of them down to Cuba, ONE-WAY plane ticket (so I let them use the more civilized AirCuba than a half inflated rubber boat), but to live exactly like ordinary Cubans, no more US passports, no right to leave the island, no right to any contacts with outside world, no foreign TV channels, right to freedom of speech=hard labor, minimum medicine allowed, 3ld world country conditions in all hospitals, no food on the table!

@kpftw16 YES, that's how Cuban ppl live down there in Cuba, if you love so much that COMMUNIST regime you should go there and live under EXACT living conditions as the local ppl do every day of their life and NOT as a westerner visitor, what Michael Moore, Sean Penn and other left wing liberals in love with the communist ideology are doing is called HYPOCRISY: "Do as I say and not as I do".

@401RoadWarrior Did I ever say I loved the communist regime of Cuba? No. It's horrible. But you must understand that's not actually communism. It's more of a totalitarian regime. Communism in itself is a noble idea, just the application never works because of human greed. I do not believe that Moore or Penn believe in communism and neither do I. It's just republican propaganda that tells you stuff like that.

@401RoadWarrior I'm telling you, Cuba does not practice true communism by definition. Cuba is totalitarian, not communist. Many things in the communist manifesto are actually good ideas, but none are actually applicable to current day situations. I am not for communism, I don't understand why you keep assuming that all left wing people are communist. That is the extreme liberal. Just as the extreme conservative is fascist.

When you hear somebody in the media simply comparing the founding fathers of America (based on his, Brian Williams) personal view/opinion as no real records of such thing 200+ years ago with todays Iran/Hezbollah/Hamaz, well, I might not be in any way highly educated in any political science course but if this is not LIBERAL ELITISM, well, I have no idea what else it is!!!
