  • Was italian built?

  • @Lennart002 Yes it was.

  • WOW, Great site,,, Thank you for posting.

  • I love Eritrean Railways. A fine example of a people and a Nation using appropriate technology for them and their economic conditions.

  • @G0IMB

Thank you for your understanding & RESPECTING THE WILL OF THE ERITREAN PEOPLE, self reliance.

After 50 years of war & wanton destruction, the Eritreans have came a long way to rebuild the homeland they paid a very heavy price to liberate.

Therefore, one can see their achievements in overcoming ALL ODDS & rebuilding a destiny of INDEPENDENT NATION.

Once standing on solid ground, moving from one technology to the other ain't as difficult as RESURRECTING A NATION from the ashes of war.

  • @BahreNeGash Yes, I understand you need to stand on solid ground first. Well said.

  • Are you shure that this one is the brindge on Dongollo River, near Ghinda? The only railway bridge with 14 Archs is the Dogalli Bridge on Agdalo River.

  • This is the one closest to Massawa, thanks for watching.

  • OK, it's the bridge on Obel River
