#McCall72 Hell yea Amerson should have won the award. All of his accolades and he is a sophmore. Dumb Ass judges. Also, it was not a roughing the passer call, he pushed Glennon after he was out of bounds. If that is the call you mean. We played a great game. We have a lot of players coming back. Glennon will improve and Palmer and Creece will help him. Looking forward to beating Carolina AGAIN!!!

@iEod89 It didn't spoil the game but it killed Louisville momentum when we had to stop you 4 downs twice in one drive, but it was a good game nice win for nc state. But next year Louisville is going to be dangerous

@kingadalou i agree with you about louisville being good next year. bridgewater is a talent. i go to state and i was at the game and the roughing the passer call was bs. thankfully the way things turned out we only got three off of it and we won by seven (theoretically it didnt decide the game) but you guys put a hell of a scare into us late.

How do you not give Amerson the Thorpe Award for the best DB in CFB? The guy that won it had less tackles and I'm thinking 5 less INT's than Amerson. Too much SEC loving is my guess.

ncsu01, thanks very much for putting these game highlight videos together and posting. I love to go back and watch recent games from time to time. Of the bowls played thus far in this 2011-2012 season, the Belk Bowl is by far the best in terms of fan attendence, atmosphere, and excitement. The Wolfpack nation has represented itself very well, and look out for the Pack in 2012! Glennon, Manning, Amerson, Greene, Palmer, Wolff and Co. may be able to put an end to this long ACC champ. drought.

pack put the defense out to dry as usual, but as usual our defense saved our asses. all season the offense has had flashes of brilliance but its been up the defense to win games. this was the perfect foil of that. expect the offense to look good next year though returning so many good players. GO PACK!

5:33 I was at the game, and Louisville booed for about 10 plays after that penalty. What if there wasn't anyone fast enough to catch Glennon and he flipped backwards over a bench? They acted like one penalty spoiled the game. Go State!

@iEod89 i was there too. a lousiville fan argued with a state fan nearby my seats for literally the next 30 minutes of real time. it was an iffy call and i usually hate seeing chippy roughing penalties, but the refs more than made up for it with that absolutely bullshit pass interference call in the endzone on us towards the end of the game when the louisville player fell down untouched.

Amerson's 12th broke the ACC mark- the all time FBS mark is 14. Still a great play!

@GeorgeCF99 as much as i love state, this was a terrible game it was to bad teams vs each other and luckily state had a better defense and did a good job of ruffing up the Louisville qb

@barcalonasucks16 Why come on here and bad mouth the team you "love?" With that attitude, you'd fit right in down the road in Chapel Hill. We had some good receptions, some good runs, some good stops, and some great returns. What's not to like, Debby Downer?

@GeorgeCF99 I'm not being a "Debby Downer" I'm just saying the truth. Yes the defense has really stepped it up this year but Mike Glennon is still throwing the ball behind people. Yes he made some good passes but as I watched the game I noticed a lot of balls thrown to the wrong shoulder where the state wr's had to make good catches and he also needs to work on his touch. State played a O.K game but it was not great and we definitely need to work on our special teams.
