I love this book! I got hold of it on the Autumn Fair and since then I have tried out almost half of the recipes. They all came out beautiful, appetizing and tasty and I don't remember any of them being particularly difficult to prepare. This book with its brilliant recipes, intimate descriptions and charming illustrations is the gem of my collection. Thanks Hugh!

I got this fr christmas and have cooked dozens of recipes all of which have been lovely. Try the apple pudding cake its absolutely yum!

Ps. A Danish translation of all Hugh's books would be great.. There are quite a few in Denmark who'd love to read and learn from him too.. ;o)
