I got this fr christmas and have cooked dozens of recipes all of which have been lovely. Try the apple pudding cake its absolutely yum!

I was very disappointed to find that many of the recipes on television (check out rabbit) don't feature in the cookbook. I thought it would be a faithful print out of everything that was cooked on the programme

I love this book! I got hold of it on the Autumn Fair and since then I have tried out almost half of the recipes. They all came out beautiful, appetizing and tasty and I don't remember any of them being particularly difficult to prepare. This book with its brilliant recipes, intimate descriptions and charming illustrations is the gem of my collection. Thanks Hugh!
