  • the u.s. abandoned the people of saigon, as well they did in iraq and libya.

  • Wow. Just..whoah...

  • 3rd world country

  • chúng mày gây tội ác rồi lại con liên lụy đến vợ con chúng mày nưa.tội nghiệp những ngươi dân vô tội,căm thù bọn vnch

  • In loving memory of 4 million murdered civilians.........

  • America shouldn't have gotten involved with those people's problems. Those people shouldn't have been allowed to come to this country or aboard our aircraft.

  • @primate many of those people worked with the americans and faced certain death

we offered a similar kind of deal to afghans who help us over there, some, who we knew we put in mortal danger if they stayed,we would offer legal residency in the US(like my dad's interpreter)

they found suspected his brother was working with the americans, broke into his house, and beat and knifed him to death in front of his wife and kids.that is the brutality they face

too bad Obama doesnt offer legal residency

  • @primate4 thats it you heard it right, the bummfuck obama administration no longer allows us to get our people out(like the Bush administrationm did. what a good man), they risked life and limb for the americans but this administration is going to cut and run and leave these poor saps to the wolves

and you tell me would you have sent those poor vietnamese back. to those wretched beasts

it will be mass slaughter on a scale that we havnt seen in awhile

  • América shouldnt hace fiught their bateles and Tyler people shouldnt hace been evacuares by US. It wad none Of Our business.

  • @primate4 we didnt want communism to spread

  • Vietnam DID NOT win the war against America, but South Vietnam. After the treaty was signed, America pulled out under the agreement that the North would not start with the South. As soon as we left, the VC went back on their word (why expect anything else?): I don't care what people want to believe. But what I believe is America Won their part of the war. Our main goal was to make South Vietnam into a strong enough military power to oppose North Vietnam.

  • @heavenlybeast1 Then you obviously did not achieve your goal. When you could not achieve your main goal, it's called a failure.

  • @aclock2 and the failure lies with South Vietnam, not with the U.S.

  • @heavenlybeast1 The problem was, the South lacked the will to fight. They always knew that U.S. forces would bail them out.

  • @heavenlybeast1 Ha, from what I see, South VietNam Government was just a mere puppet, their existence had no value or whatsoever except to reduce US casualty.

  • @heavenlybeast1 sorry, man. the truth is that the U.S fail in Vietnam. They left because they could continue anymore. After more than 50.000 U.S soldiers death, and more than 1.000000 soldiers wounded, they did not want anymore. The people in the U.S did not support the war too. The U.S fought the Vietcong for more than 10 years and could not defeat them. With all their new weapons and military capability, they could not beat the vietcong. what a shame. The U.S learned a lesson.

  • @VivaSandino10 maybe not the NVA ('cause they were too cowardly to engage)

but the failure of the tet offensive pretty much broke the back of the vietcong... they lost entire devisions

  • @VivaSandino10 I beg to differ. The U.S. won all major battles against the North and, considering Russia and China was supplying the North, that's a big feat. The U.S. bombarded the North into submission whereby the North signed an agreement in '73 I do believe. The inferior Cong with all their tunnel hideouts and withdrawal into the jungle strategies where shown to be inferior on the battlefield. The Cong suffered over 1 million deaths/casualites

  • @VivaSandino10 they also agreed not to invade the South once WE left. But once the big dog left the yard, what did the Cong do? Answer: Invade the South. So the South suffered the defeat, not the U.S. Also note that the so-called Communist Vietnam regime has embraced capitalism since. In the end, communism loses out and America remains the sole Super Power.

  • @VivaSandino10

America got beaten down like maggots.

. Despite all their advanced weapons, they simply were not good enough to beat the determined and well trained nva.

  • i'm in vietnam and i'm sure that nobody died after that. New regime didn't take revenge of anybody.

  • @a240794 Really?

  • @talltom1973 My grandfather was a soldier of Saigon regime but he is OK until now.

  • @a240794 Not from what I was taught in school. We were taught that the new regime tortured people that were not able to leave. The thing is the U.S. made mistakes during the war, I like to think we have admitted it. Isn't time that the other side admits their mistakes as well.

  • @talltom1973 I'm just wondering, as a US citizen, did you get taught about the My Lai massacre? I'm not trying to be offensive, I'm just curious because that was a terrible war crime that was commited by a few US soldiers and that's one of the main things that turned so many people in America and all over the world against American soldiers being there, so I'm wondering if the American education scheme would teach about that or not.

  • @sunderlandgrl yes, believe it or not I was taught about the My Lai Massacre in school. I believe it was covered in detail. just wondering if the N. Vietnamese covered their war crimes in their history classes?

  • @talltom1973 Tell me, is there any Government that expose all their crimes in history class ?

  • @aclock2 I can only speak from my experiences. My teachers taught us about Vietnam, maybe not in great detail, but we were taught about the My Lai massacre. From what I remember when the massacre became public knowledge, the public was outraged.

  • xem lại mấy cái video này thiệt là nãn...

  • Americanos correndo como galinhas assustadas.

  • We did what we could. God Bless all you Vets...you were caught in the middle of one of the darkest moments in US History.

And God Bless all the Non-NVA people who we left to slaughter.

  • @MrRockjock13 also god bless the french troops.

  • @OliieTheEpic The French too, everyone that lived and died in this horror.

    Your right.

  • I'm a Vietnamese of the South, people ask where are you from? I say i'm from "Saigon" and they ask "So you're from Ho Chi Minh City", and i say "no, Saigon."

    That says a lot ? I think so (:

  • @vovlogshehe lol Saigon and Ho Chi Minh City are the same

  • @Hakuru15 oh dear, i know that ... you didn't get it xD it's okay(:

  • @Hakuru15 lmao so funny! thumbs up vovlogshehe! my tattoo says Sai Gon would never put ho chi minh city

  • @vovlogshehe Respect

  • @vovlogshehe you have my respect

  • @vovlogshehe You are right: it's SAIGON !!!

I told that to an Air France's seller two years ago and she answered me "where is Saïgon ?". She was so stupid.

  • @Detspokar I'm Vietnamese. I live in Vietnam, and I hate the government cuz it's corrupted. That's what happen when a country only has 1 party. if one individual opposes the government, that person's life will be "in danger" for sure. the principle of communism is "equality", but look, it doesn't exist! the majority of Vietnamese people do want communism/ socialism or capitalism... actually, we don't really care

  • @puppydogpretty245 your channel says your australian

  • @puppydogpretty245 When you are corrupted, it doesn't matter how many parties you have. Look at US, 2 parties and they always throw the same bullshit.

  • @puppydogpretty245 Communists are more capitalists than the capitalists themselves.

  • wow, a lot of really idiotic comments, even by youtube standards. vietnam is a big protection racket run by the gov't nowadays, probably not much different from those days.

  • Very interesting.

  • This is harsh to watch. I feel bad for the Vietnamese civilians.

  • Vietnam was a war of destruction waged by US zionist jews and Parisian communists against the catholic christian society of Viet Nam, to destroy their economy, their young women and their babies, so that they are no longer a growing, prospering economy in SEA, and so that they don't reproduce babies that fast anymore. It's the hard truth. US soldiers were not allowed to win (they were there to kill and destroy), by Marxists newschannels and corrupt government they were forced to give up

  • @rooizilver Your comments are those of a racist KoolAid drinker who has a total lack of understanding of the history of the times and whose mind has been warped by reading too much total nonsense. Parisian communists? Ho himself would find that hilarious. I didn't notice too many Jews, let alone Zionist ones, while I was there. Maybe we drank in different bars. (Most of the Jews I met there were military doctors.) The rest all had draft deferments and stayed home or went to Canada. LOL.

  • @penquinbum Ho was there, and in Washington/New york, and they armed him, paid him etc. of course you didn't see any of the zionists, they're not going to put their lives on the line, like the doctor you met. the wars are for submission of countries to a group of perverted millionaires like Kissinger. That's why Diem was assasinated on CIA orders. The man really wanted to fight communism, and protect freedom for his country. That's why newspapers called him a "corrupt dictator".

  • @rooizilver I don't think we will ever agree. Kissinger may be a millionaire but he was before taking a big pay cut to be in Nixon's cabinet. Look at the times. The USSR was considered a threat and it was felt that if S. Vietnam went communist so would the rest of SEA. As it was, look what happened in the other SEA countries: Burma, Laos, and especially Cambodia. It had nothing to do with Zionism. The zionists had enough to worry about in Israel. Their 7 days war took place while we were in VN.

  • @penquinbum why did spec/blackops cooperate with soviets in VN if they were such a threat? why did the soviets have nuclear bombs already in 1949? because soviet jews got nuklear secrets from USA jews. for insiders, the only enemy seems to be the general public. American OSS trained Ho Chi Minh and his crew, and suddenly a few years later they are enemy. i think communists were more cruel then US personel, that's the difference

  • Vietnam Cong Hoa

  • SOUTH VIETNAM!!!

  • It's O.K. folks, listen to the journalist; the white folks got out JUST FINE.

  • @Henners1991 Only a minority will get this joke.

  • ho chi minh gave the boot to the french and yanks, the south vietnamese would welcome them back !

  • US troops were backstabbed by politicians and Marxist zionist traitors.

  • Can't you people understand that communist jews control the USA?

  • @rooizilver lolwut?

  • @rooizilver stop blaming the damn jEWS FOR EVERYTHING! THEY DONT CONTROL AMERICA. THEY ARE THE SMALLEST POPULTION IN THIS COUNTRY!!!!

  • @mjjcng8958 the elite is usually a small percentage of the population.

  • @rooizilver youre crazy. plain and simple

  • i would like to thank the us of a for abandoning vietnam and then today giving many used tractor heads for the idiotic drivers in vietnam to commit accidents everyday against innocent pedestrians and scooter riders

i salute the us of a and the many truck corporations especially freightliner

khong co gi hon la duoc mot chiec freightliner columbia can qua dau minh . cam on dang da tao dieu kien de cho nhan dan vietnam duoc chet duoi banh xe oto ro mooc.

  • My dad served two tours in Vietnam, he said he would have loved to see Fonda dead. Also he was there during the evac.

  • @shutaip whos fonda?

  • Chỉ có người Mỹ nhân đạo cứu giúp dân mình thôi, chứ gặp CS là bọn chúng bắn giết chết hay chôn sống họ hết rồi. Thảm sát ở Huế là 1 ví dụ. CS phải cảm ơn Mỹ đã giúp đỡ mấy người nầy nên giờ nầy họ mỗi năm gởi hàng tỉ đô về cứu giúp cái nước VN nghèo nàn lạc hậu dưới sự lãnh đạo "tài tình" của lũ lãnh đạo CS dốt nát bất tài.

  • @besttran Giết hết cái đám tay sai rước voi về dày mả tổ chúng mày đi là phải rồi

  • @50poiuyt This guy is stupid communist. His words prove that communists are not human. Communists are murderers. They mass murderred thousands of Poeple in Hue. Ask any people live in Hue, they'll tell you how brutal communists are. Death to Communists. Freedom for Vietnam.

  • @besttran Giết hết cái đám tay sai chúng mày là nghĩa vụ của mỗi người VN yêu nước

  • look at these f__ken cowards run and some even leave immediate family members behind, true. You know why I know this, because I happened to be the one loading your sorry asses on our birds. Some say you where fighting years before the US sent the first envoy of troops. With what Army?, you sorry asses had none. Every time I see one of you tax evading nail salon scumbags in my country, it brings back the cherished moments of the cofirmed kills I had, and I bagged quited a few.

  • @gillila8 I'd like you to know that no one appreciates what you did.

  • @vietnamma IM DREAMING OF A WHITE CHRISTMAS

  • @vietnamma

Nope, the last images from the war, but unrevealed to the world:

Thousands of Vnese were slaved until death in communist revenge camps

  • Our South Vietnamese people's biggest mistake was to trust the American government. Pres. Ngo Diem refused US troops "involvement" and Kennedy had him murdered so weapons producers can push for their agenda in VN. Diem was the most capable leader in the whole war. I also sympathize with the American troops, who were victims of their own government. After the war, the only people who came out victorious were the NVA government. I don't think any VC soldier lived a prosperous life after "indpde"

  • @Microglia1 we should of let you guys fight yourselves that would have been funny you would have failed!!!!!! you freaking killed your own kind

  • Democrats cut off ammo to the South. FUCK democrates, Vote the fuckers out,FOREVEVER!

  • The North Vietnamese were shit, but at least they had enough BALLS to fight! The South Vietnamese were a bunch of PUSSY'S!

  • @garretguidry1 Errr... watch "The truth about Vietnam Neil" on Youtube. The war was lost not on the field, actually if you have to know in 1968 the Viet Congs were defeated, driven all the way to Laos. The only problem was that the Pentagon couldn't have that be. They needed to drag on the war for a bit longer. Military Industrial Complex.

  • america, go home

  • @nagant40 Yeah, you tell them to all go home but make sure that they buy your goods and come back as tourists. Two dollah! We love you long time.

  • north vietnam, south viet nam are all viet nam,,,,,when outsider comes in, brother against brother, sister against sister,,, shame on us,,, what happen to just one viet nam period

  • @corollatime not "sham on us" but "shame on collaborators ".

  • @saigonnative Fight your own damn war sorryass! The South Vietnamese military killed Diem. Revisionist History does not work anymore! Get out of America, go back to Vietnam and FIGHT FOR IT ASSHOLE! The South Vietnamese people shit on American troops every chance they got! Grow a pair and fight your own damn war!

  • @garretguidry1 You're a fuking commie hiding behind a screen name. I dare you talk sh!t in santa ana,CA

  • This shows that Americans were good people and kind to Vietnamese. Whereas, communists would shoot these people if they have seen vietnamese escaping the country. Millions were trying to flee after communists took over the South, and many of them were shot down by communists.

  • @50poiuyt Oh is that why the communist government now invite them back and ask them to send money to Vietnam every year? Stupid communists! Nobody listen to them. No one in Vietnam trusts the communists.

  • @ToChaMayCS The most moving love of Yanks to Vietnamese was showed in My Lai .

  • @50poiuyt What about Hue massacre? VC mass murdered thousands of people in Hue. Communists buried many people in Hue when they were alive. I have friends from Hue, and they had relatives who were killed by the communists/VC.

  • @ToChaMayCS Hue "masacre" was stupid fabrication to defend war crime of Yanks .No one belived in this stupidity

  • @50poiuyt Hue massacre was the truth. I have friends who are from Hue, and they had relatives who were murdered by Viet Cong.

  • @traninfo My great aunt was a school teacher buried alive at the Hue Massacre. She was a school teacher, she wasn't a soldier, a political activist anything!

  • @traninfo Song My massacre then?? Ignorant bastards...after everything You've done this people it's fully understandable that their killed their enemies. USA and the South Vietnam-regime killed alot more people, civilians, women, children.

  • @50poiuyt If you are living in Vietnam, fine, stay there. If you are living in America, get your dirty communist ass out of my country!

  • @garretguidry1 Serious Americans make wonderful America, not the scum like you do ,moron

  • Thousands escaped in panic,Millions were cheering up VC

  • @50poiuyt Well, millions were trying to flee many years afterwards when communists persecuted a lot of people in the South. No one in the South cheer up for communists. Only prisoners and criminals wanted to become communist leaders; therefore, they were cheering up for VC.

  • cancerous jackass"? hmm you are vulgar as the cheap prostitute...

  • Humiliated loss

  • i belive the Vietnam War was just a mess that amarican shoudn't even stuck there noses in.

  • I am Vietnamese-American and I am grateful to the Marines and soldiers who fought there. The communists put my grandfather in jail simply because he had a business.

  • @jolly113 Dead Yank's lackey good Yank's lackey

  • @jolly113 Its a shame that vietnam vets have been thrown out on the streets. Fuck the hippiesand the government. US government hates vets.

  • Found a great vid on YouTube search "truth about vietnam war Neil" watch that to understand this vid.

  • The USA it is a vile abscess on a mankind body

  • @SibTender at least, unlike, you the abscess got outside of the body you cancerous jackass..

  • @VinnyVoomTHEY444 I'm on net for truth, not for hatred between nations.Thank for understanding

  • neat clip here as well, reporters really did ther job in those days. , had never seen this clip before. , we have not been told of the Hue Masacre or much after those helicopters left.....I did see the movie "The Killing Fields" but I worked in a newsroom in those days and WANTED to know what happened.

  • my dad had to escape quickly from vietnam

  • let's escape out of the belly of the beast, and run straight into the anus of Satan.

  • lmao hahaahhah

  • (Vietnamese) had to claw their way to evacuation-never made it. while children hanging from buses fell and were rolled over. Did not see any of that happen to white children even though they lived there and (lived well). when the natives are reported hostile by white people, it is because men like the VC will not , stand, stomach, accept white men molest their daughters, mothers, nieces, cousins etc. .they gave their life for their women.

  • Thks to ITN journalists... I was a kid but never forgot this war reported every day on French TV. Regards from France.

  • Finaly :Viet nam 1- 0 USA

  • I can only imagine that had to be terrifying being among those frightened and desperate crowds atempting to fight and claw their way out of the city of Saigon as the North Vietamese Army was closing in. That was a real tragedy what happened to the children behind the reporter's coach. Apparenty, they were crushed to death as they fell off the coach or bus trying to hold onto it. This is an example of sheer panic!

    Ken Palmer

  • kenpalmer : Many people believed in Yanks propaganda about savage revenge from VC,that's why they escaped from Saigon. They had some relations with pro-American regime.Other people saluted VC.

  • Are you Vietnamese? Don't comment on our war. I'm Vietnamese and we knew what the Viet Congs did. Our families and our people were mass murdered by Ho Chi Minh's regime. Have you not heard of the Hue Massacre? You say that it was US propaganda - gees don't give yourselves that much credit. We fought the Viet Congs years before you entered and years after.

  • twinqle the dirty fabrication did not help you avoid the disgraceful lost.

  • Can you imagine the horror of those poor vietnamese being left behind?

You see that the westerners got priority to

    leave.

  • @am1966ath what was horror ?because there was not US aid to thieve ?

  • It is obvious that you see poeple, ordinary vietnamese fleeing from vietcong, why would they flee if vietcong were nice and humane???

  • @50poiuyt not exactly, if you were in their position, you would have done the same. The North Vietnamese had executed all the prisoners when they took Phuoc Long few months ago. Moreover, people were also scared what North Vietnamese did in Hue in 1968. Four days before Saigon collapsed, the Cambodia Communists (Khmer Rouge) took Phnom Penh, and I think you actually know what they did with Old Regime prisoners. That's why people escaped from Vietnam.

  • @50poiuyt But that revenge happened and many were sent to jail just for having businesses or having had American friends.

  • @twinqletwinqle If your fought them, they killed you .That was normal.Children, women, elderly of My lai did not do anything, but Yanks murdered 504 of them yet.Hue masacre was "work" of Yank's propaganda, like "Gulf of Tonkin incident" in1964

  • @twinqletwinqle great point.Jane Fonda should hear you.The Communists were not liberators and NOT bringing peace and freedom.Just listen to the refugees!

  • @tomterahedrob

It's not like the communists had any excuse, it was pretty clear that ordinary people suffered horribly under Communism from the revolts in Communist Germany, Hungary, mass defections, massive flows of refugees, and obvious fear and poverty.

    And that was before Vietnam!

Lenin called people like Fonda "Useful Idiots". They simply wanted some idealistic totalitarian cause and didn't care who died for it.

  • @lipovan87 spot on.what really angers me is how the Left like Fonda has this reputation as being idealistic and "anti war" when as we can see the refugees tell us people like her simply favored the other side:the Communist aggressors.Fonda is one cold narcissistic bitch for ignoring the plight of the Vietnamese she supposedly cared so much about.

  • @tomterahedrob Well, 100 times better than the american terror and corrupt regime! This was the greatest day for Vietnam and the world!

  • @Detspokar How?When I look at Vietnam I put aside my old leftwing prejudices about how great the Communists were and instead LISTENED to what the poor Vietnamese ,Laotians, and Cambodians had to say.You obviosly do not beacause youre too heartlessly narcissistic to admit youre wrong.

  • @tomterahedrob You're only disappointed because You americans lost this war. The majority of the Vietnamese people wanted communist but you helped the south to block free elections because you knew the communist would win that. Even Eisenhower said this. Why don't you support democracy in this case? Why did you support a corrupt regime who oppressed it's people? Because of your capitalism, yes! You did nothing good in Vietnam.

  • @Detspokar I went to school with the people who lived through this war and the Communist victory and ocupation.1980-1984 none of them would agree with you.the communists were invaders guns and tanks blazing at them.If what you say is true why did North Vietnam invade the south AFTER the US left?Look at the commments ! How many Vietnamese, Laotians,Cambodians agree with you?To them youre the truly uglyAmerican shoving commmunism down their throats.

  • @tomterahedrob The majority of the Vietnamese people wanted communist, that's FACTS! And I have no sympathy for what you're sayin...It's unbeliveable that people think like this, after everything the poor Vietnamese people have sacrificed and suffered for their motherland. You only look at these comments? But go back to the 60's and 70's, and you soon find out that almost the whole world were against the USA/RVN in Vietnam and had full understanding to the VC/NVA and the rest of the people.

  • @Detspokar how do explain the fact that AFTER the war in the wonderfull"peace and liberation" of the Communists over 2 million Vietnamese fled over half of them drowned. Then theres Pol Pot etc etc.Face it:if your country kills you for trying to leave something is very wrong here.Piracy in the region exploded because of the fleeing refugees.

  • @tomterahedrob Because of the outbreaks of conflicts between Khmer Rouge with Pol Pot and North Vietnam. But I don't talk about the Khmer Rouge and do not support their genocide or anything, and I'm not so versed in that conflict as well...but I stand up for North Vietnam and NLF in the Vietnam war!

And todays Vietnam is one of the worlds fastest strongest economies, and the poverty has halved in twenty years.

  • @Detspokar How many SE Asians have you met that have your sentiment? My opinions of the Communists were radically changed by listening to my refugee classmates ,so you seem to be at odds with the vietnamese themselves.

  • @tomterahedrob Many around the globe would agree with me if they were objective, it's not strange at all that Vietnamese REFUGEES doesn't agree simply because they were on the opposite side. But I have respect for them too. I don't support communists by principle. I support them for what actually happend in Vietnam during this era. South side in Vietnam was doomed to perish from the beginning with the Geneva Agreement in 1954. A united people with a determination of this kind can't be defeated!

  • @tomterahedrob And the reason why the attached South was they were in war with them, they had fought them since the 50's a couple of reasons were because of the corrupt regime who killed many political opponents, very similar to a facism state. When USA finally left Vietnam the North naturally saw their chance to win and end the war! After the victory the people of Vietnam cheered on the streets. All the atrocities were over for a while. I don't think they regret it today...

  • @twinqletwinqle Dead for traitors!

  • @50poiuyt - DEADE FOR COMMUNSITS - DEAD FOR GAY 50POIUYT - KHMER ROUGE CRIMINAL WAR - DEAD FOR VIETCONGS - SAT CONG.
