that is for a nice place in our capital city of Phoenix. Most people agree you shouldn't pay more than 700 + utilities per month for a two bedroom.
Now Arizona law only allows 2people per bedroom. Some places count the living room as a bedroom but a lot do not. A family of six is required to rent at least a 3bedroom by law. That can range anywhere between 900 - 2,000.

@captainjim420 yes, darwinism does infact thin out the population of over populated species in a specific habitat. but does darwinism take in affect a creature who does not have any natural preditors or who can live longer thanks to medical break thoughs. facts are facts my friend death rates are down and birth rates are up. i dont mean this in itself is bad, but given time what will happen? its inevitable. no our world is not a waiting room but we are feeling the strain of depleted resources.

@captainjim420 we live in a world were people, in entire countrys, kill to get food. would we have enough food to provide for the united states using conventional means? probably not. a large percentage of what we eat is genetically altered and to boot has many preservatives in them. you sound like a pretty smart guy and if you dont already know about this i suggest you atleast glance at it. these foods are giving us the ability to feed our people but also it is weaking us too

@captainjim420 exponentially rising. for example, a young couple gets married. they have one child. this should be their maximum amount of children. while allowing them the right to children, it also decreases the overall population because it only replaces one parent. however, in developing countries and countries where children can be exploited for financial gain. furthermore, we are poisoning our population with substandard genes. i may sound like a fanatic but hear me out.
