He's playing it pretty similar to the way im playing.

It's in Eb because Billie uses "normal" chords for it. But Jason White & Mike play it in power chords just in Eb.

the one you are referring too are ''Open'' chords

secondly Mike plays Base

you could have just said Billie plays in Eb and Jason plays in E
