It's directly screwed on the gun using the A5 screw. Nothing special.

@lechetoni no, but I can tell you about it, Its a nice mod if your doing military style games. I held one once and let me tell you, Its heavy and not that maniable, to have fun with it you really must play hard sniper, like get on the ground or on your bipod and stay at one spot, you cant just go running and diving with it. But if your lookng for sniper style, its pretty awesome.

Is there a way to make it feed from the magazine? Because a huge hopper sticking up there would absolutely kill the looks of this kit.

There is magasin feed paintball marker but it's from a other comagnie whit kit for those maker only. Mostly M4/M16 kit because thats how the marker look. For the A5, people eliminate the big hopper by using a TAC CAP that hold 30 rounds. Mine on this video hold 50 rounds

I have one. It was originally for the 98 custom but there are chunks cut out of it for the a5. Anyway, i love it. It's heavy, but its easy to take off so when i get too tired of carrying it, i just take it off when i leave the field for a break and go back into play.

My stock was from ebay i think. Its a 6 point ajustable car stock. Every shop sell those stock. My barrel is the 18" fluted barrel from OPSGEAR. Almost all pieces from this kit was from opsgear.

It would be real great if they made a SVU Mod for the A5, then you could have a full auto sniper!! :)

actualy the M82A1 is semi-auto while the M107 is bolt action. So the real M82A1 can shoot fast as my old kit was able too. I now have the B5 and wont ever change for a other "good only for show" kit.

@chacal3001 m107 is not bolt action dude... wtf... the m107 is just a shorter version of the m82. the m82 is sold only to the military and the m107 is the civilian version kind of like the ar-15 to the m16/m4. but you wouldnt know that. the m107 is semi automatic though barrett does make a bolt action .50 BMG which is the m95. its a short, bullpup, anti-material rifle.

yes i've also posted in forums and local fields! opsgear is going to be used for necessary upgrade parts for eg. barrels and cosmetics, i've tested over and over most of the upgrades from other companies like the flatline and other barrels, opsgear won hands down! it isn't mandatory however for someone to upgrade with everything from opsgear but all primary upgrades like mainly barrels are encouraged... remember it's not mandatory but it's simply encouraged.

If you want to play scenario game its a great kit.. but if your planning to kick some ass its not a good idea. I don't play whit it anymore and i'll be using starting this summer the B5 kit.

Looks like opsgear don't ship the M82A1 shroud for the A5 anymore. they changed for the M107 shroud and dont have the full kit yet. anyway thx for your barrel comment but i just command the smart part full freak kit and the B5 bullpup mod from identity crysis paintball so i wont use that too long and heavy kit anymore. all i have on my gun in this video is -6 position stock -M82A1 mag kit -M82A1 shroud -18" flutted barrel -M82A1 muzzle break -Walter reddot 1X45mm -rail riser -50 ball taccap

How's the accuracy on the 18" barrel? I'm getting the same M82 kit but I don't know whether to get a 18" Stiffi barrel or stick with the Opsgear one.

I got this kit like 1 week ago and i didn't made some good test whit it because last saturday when i did play... its was a heavy rainy day so evry shot was a ugly unaccurate shot.. I'll tell you more this saturday. all i can say... its damn loud when you shot and feel like your having a big sniper rifle in your hand... all my friend was hiding and scared each time i was firing :P.

Length of the barrel only accounts for the effeciancy, not accuracy, since you are normally setting it to 300 fps. For 300 fps, about 12"-14" is most effeciant. I recomend the opsgear m16 (14") barrel because it's realy solid quality and still looks pretty sick on the m82a1.

i've got the 16" m4 barrel and i must say it's quite accurate at about 120ft but not as accurate as the 18" i guess the reason is that the 18" is not proted or doesn't have the muzzle break like the m4 16"

the muzzle break makes no difference (because there is no recoil to worry about on a paintball gun), really if the muzzle break is what, about 1" long, it lowers the effective length by an inch.

The 18" should be the same performance(excluding effeciancy) as the 16" or 14" if they are both strait and treated the same on the interior. resons it may have been different for you could be because of paint, or gas, or even the barrel being clean.

Get a 14 inch stiffi at specopsDOTcom the barrel is actualy 15.5 inch and it is light and VERY VERY accurate and its made of carbon fiber with kevlar( spelled that wrong sorry)

Nice gun man! But the shrowd doesent work with flatline =(. Since its supposed to look like a sniper it should. But oh well I like it if I had an a5 i would get that shroud.

ya thats not cool for the flatline :(. Atleast you can add a shroud over the flatline for more mod.
