  • Very nice. :-)

  • SONNET 145

Those lips that Love's own hand did make

Breathed forth the sound that said 'I hate'

    To me that languish'd for her sake;

  • But when she saw my woeful state,

Straight in her heart did mercy come,

Chiding that tongue that ever sweet

Was used in giving gentle doom,

And taught it thus anew to greet:

'I hate' she alter'd with an end,

That follow'd it as gentle day

Doth follow night, who like a fiend

From heaven to hell is flown away; 'I hate' from hate away she threw, And saved my life, saying 'not you.'

  • This was the sonnet I had to recite to join the Thespian Society. How cool to see it here!

With one of my favorite movies of all time as well!

    Well done!

  • wow. that was good.

    shakespeare is an amazing man

  • Amazing that you found Sonnet 145 to match the movie, since there are so many Shakespeare references in the script. Great!

  • That was really good; some of my favorite scenes. V, such a likeable villain! I felt his broken heart when he removed the mask from his face and threw it, shattering it into pieces, as if it were the pieces of his heart. A very, very cool and moving movie. This video captures the romantic essence of this political thriller, great job.

  • Very fitting for the movie.

  • Shakespeare is one of the best writers in history, and I love V For Vendetta!

  • LadyVendettaAngel; your 1 of a kind.

  • That was really good; very artistic. I love your stuff.
