Jaina is the one alliance leader (not faction leader) I'd not go along with killing. I'm horde, but going by the lore she's the only alliance character I wouldn't want to kill, since she did so much good for the orcs and Thrall. She even stood against her father for them.

you know what's wrong with this? According to Lore, Jaina is like a peacemaker. She's close friends with Thrall and weren't hostile to the Horde previously. Why then would she be potentially hostile now? One of thousands of Warcraft loopholes thanks to poor Lore implementation in WoW. Nice raid though.

Along the lines of poor lore implementation, I'm still very disappointed that there is no way to, in game, learn the languages of the opposing faction. They really should allow some few players to do that. Perhaps they could have a prohibitively difficult quest, or even have a GM or Blizzard staffer in the guise of a mage administer a course and test to weed out those who would misuse the privilege. Also, if people got lost the privilege when banned, it wouldn't be bad at all, is what I think.
