Of course the Libyan National Tansitional Cuncil is failing to unite the country, unity is the last things the Anglo-Americans want for Libya. The goal was nothing more than to destroy the Libyan Infrastructure as well as its social fabric & standard of living just like Iraq, Afghanistan & Egypt.
Up next on the chopping block is Syria, followed by Iran. Anglo-American Middle East Foreign Policy is Israeli Middle East Policy-by-proxy. Freedom & Democracy don't enter into it & they never will.

"The Great Oil Was" was predicted a long time ago. They want to secure a depleting non-replenishing resource that all industrialized nations NEED in order to exist.
