Don't even pay them anything at all is my call--- Iceland style. Tell the bankers, sorry we won't pay you a penny, if you want we can go to war, otherwise excuse us because we have work to do. And thats what Venezuela did as well. So that is the answer, don't pay anyone anything and begin to print fiat money based on the faith of the people. :)
