  • good f@cking music

  • Wow! Never heard this version.

  • I have Marks old Fender strat anniversary guitar with his name and the bands still on the case. I have had it since I was 18..................... 30 years ago

  • Their solo from the track Assassins was copied by wolfmother in jocker & thief song..

  • aaah. this is the re-recorded version from 1980. The original from 1979 had a different singer.

  • Fave track on MFM2.

  • Dam I feel old now. I used to go see these guys in my teens, and I used to spend time with them in the music shop with my dad. What ever happened to Paul??? I had the biggest crush on him for about two and half years.

  • Yeah but check out the version posted by NoiseFilthFury, its the one from Metal 4 Mutha's. Intro is tighter and the whole track sounds more polished but still raw and kick arse, when metal was about, riffs, power and feel, not just speed, decibels or flat out distortion.

  • Yep.

    True

    Part of the NWOBHM

    BUT

I have the anthology CD and only 2 good tracks (in fact Brilliant tracks).

Stormchild and One of these days

Not quite one hit wonders but two hit wonders

  • The version on Metal for Muthas is better

  • hail THE TRUE HEAVY METAL FROM ENGLAND!!! i got my kult embroidery patch at the true METAL PARADISE mailorder: myspace(dot)com/dap666

full of NWOBHM, black deathrash...old school 70s, 80s...

  • One of the classics

  • I agree with SAHBfan. this is NWOBHM. Def Leppard and many more bands got commercial and got famouse that way

  • Excellent! I'm beginning to think the way to tell the very best NWOBHM is by whether they made the big time or not. The really good, original, arse kicking bands like Trespass, Red Alert, Limelight, Jameson Raid and many, many others fell into obscurity whilst poseurs like Def Leppard...? Er, yeh. ^-^

There were so many great bands from 1979 - early 80s that could (and did) blow such lesser acts off the stage :-)

    Those were the days...

  • A compilation of photos that I put together into a Video for the Trespass website ..... Wife of the other Guitarist Dave!

  • Thanks for putting this song on. It brings back great memories of good times.

  • NWOBHM FOREVER

  • Excellent song... where are they now???

  • well the drummer is my dad and the guitarist is my uncle

  • That is awesome. They don't happen to have any singles or albums lying around for sale? It's worth a shot, I suppose, haha

  • and the singer is my sister in law
