I have Marks old Fender strat anniversary guitar with his name and the bands still on the case. I have had it since I was 18..................... 30 years ago
Dam I feel old now. I used to go see these guys in my teens, and I used to spend time with them in the music shop with my dad. What ever happened to Paul??? I had the biggest crush on him for about two and half years.
Yeah but check out the version posted by NoiseFilthFury, its the one from Metal 4 Mutha's. Intro is tighter and the whole track sounds more polished but still raw and kick arse, when metal was about, riffs, power and feel, not just speed, decibels or flat out distortion.
Excellent! I'm beginning to think the way to tell the very best NWOBHM is by whether they made the big time or not. The really good, original, arse kicking bands like Trespass, Red Alert, Limelight, Jameson Raid and many, many others fell into obscurity whilst poseurs like Def Leppard...? Er, yeh. ^-^
There were so many great bands from 1979 - early 80s that could (and did) blow such lesser acts off the stage :-)
good f@cking music

That is awesome. They don't happen to have any singles or albums lying around for sale? It's worth a shot, I suppose, haha
