  • 2:21 Take a look the map is perfectly clear LOL

  • Owl looks like Archimedes from the Sword in the Stone.

  • Owl is a cake with his endless stories, but sings like James Hetfield, the lead singer of Metallica. ⊙ω⊙ *trollface*.

  • Watching this again... what the hell was Owl on? Or indeed, the animators? :D

  • Owl says at least twice during the song "wish I was coming too" then Pooh offers for him to come and he declines, how strange

  • Comment removed

  • after this song, I've always (and still) hated Owl for scaring me!

  • Use to scare the crap out of me when I was little...

  • @spotty8ee And now...?

  • @spotty8ee shit... still scared the crap out of me!!!!!!

  • When I was young I was terrified of this ;; but this brings back so much nostalgia

  • The Muppet's Grand Adventure

Winnie the Pooh: Kermit the Frog

    Christopher Robin: Miss Piggy

    Piglet: Fozzie Bear

    Tigger: Gonzo the Great

Rabbit: Dr. Bunsen Honydew and Beaker

    Eeyore: Pepe, Rolf, or Animal

Owl: Statler and Waldorf or Sam the Eagle

  • I can never decide if Owl knows he's just making everything up. D:

  • Is this the first time Owl ever sang a solo?

  • I love this movie, but it absolutely terrified me when I was younger.

  • it makes me so happy reminiscing and seeing so many people agree with me

  • THIS is the REAL pooh bear... not the HORRID 2011 movie, i just spoofed this movie... i love pooh bear and i'm 14 i got the dvd and hated it!! :( i then put this movie on and reminded myself, what the real pooh bear is like

    thumbs up if you agree

  • @ImNotWeirdYourNormal The new one was amazing. Not as good as Pooh's Grand Adventure, (which I consider the best Pooh film). The new one fits in with the Disney Classics perfecly and a step back in the right direction for Disney.

  • @ThePoketeers No i agree with you that the grand adventure is the best one! closely followed by the tigger movie! but it's, not pooh bear if that makes sense. If you listen to the voices, they don't fit. and the dialogue!!!! I HATED! 'Send in the pig' quote ROO.... 'he'll steal your youth' quote Kanga and Pooh bear... Seemed so selfish...... they turned pooh into a thick selfish bear! I'm really bias and i know i shouldn't be but, oh well. Movies suck! Long live the old disney movies!!!! :)

  • @ImNotWeirdYourNormal How was Pooh selfish? At the end he could chose to stay at owl's and eat honey or go give Eeyore his tail back. Pooh chose to do the right thing. Pooh AND Tigger were still voiced by Jim Cummings. I liked Bud Lucky voicing Eeyore, Piglet's voice difference is barely noticeable. I will agree that Kanga sounds a little too young, but the "he'll steal your youth", that is one of the bad things they thought the Backson does. Plus the songs are catchy.

  • @ThePoketeers No no... that was the right pooh bear, but before that!!!! and yeah i know, and i was fine with jim doing the voice. but all the others, i just didn't like... :( he'll steal your youth, just..didn't sound like a pooh bear thing to say.... But those are my views. You have different views... end off :)

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack Thank you... But to me they sounded wrong... But thats just me (Strange man in music shop, echoing that line)

  • @ImNotWeirdYourNormal Selfish? Pooh is one of the greatest Disney characters on the planet! He was NOT selfish in the new movie!

Although I'll agree Kanga sounded WAY too young.......But the others were spot-on! I liked Bud Luckey as Eeyore and Tom Kenny as Rabbit.

  • ...I think I just noticed for the first time ever that Owl has a little beard action going on under his beak. Now he makes me think of Sean Connery. ^__^

  • Owl : " wish I was coming to!"

    Me : You little LIAR!

  • I can't help but wonder how many kids thought this entire movie was just some weird nightmare they had.

  • @peterfinnfilms - That's me right there. I had no idea this movie actually _existed._

  • no now four people :(

  • I cant help but feel like South Park stole these ideas :/

  • The skull @ 2:15 scares the crap outta me!!! @ age 3 i remember demonic nightmares about this skull. It ate tigger and winnie the pooh and everyone else was gone! I am still creeped out about it!!!!

  • @RenaScenie00150 Oh well I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one freaked out by that thing

  • @natesempai ya mee too! I could not watch this cause i was scared! boy that skull is DEMONIC!!!!! haha!

    *nervous chuckle looks over shoulder*

  • LOL @ Rabbit from 3:15-3:20 LMBO!!! ROFL LMBO!!!

  • The film's on-going theme was: Overcoming fear through personal growth...Yes, it's admirable thing to teach young children....BUT...I CANNOT UNSEE THE FUCKING NIGHTMARES THIS SEQUENCE GAVE ME....O.O (The claws...the teeth)

  • NOSTALGIA!

I remember loving this whole sequence as a kid for how great they scene looked and how well-done the music was! Still love it today!

  • I remember watching this as a kid, didn't really scare me though.

  • jiguliars wosles hefulumps and SKULLISSUARES :O this is some bullshit but i love it :D

  • I love this movie and this song, while it never scared me or my brother (who was 2 at the time) we used to play this over and over!!

  • This part used to scare me as a kid. I'm 16 now, and it still does scare me! xD I love this movie so much.

  • Big-lipped Aligator Moment!!! :P

  • This song TERRIFIED me as a kid. We had the soundtrack, and I would listen to it at night, and this song always made me uneasy. "Eye of the skull". *shivers*

  • The was Pooh says "Excuse me, Owl" at 2:46 sounds different from the way that I remember. Does anyone else think that or is it just me

  • It was upon viewing this as a child that I finally understood that Owl was completely insane...

  • ...It probably says a lot about me that I loved the monsters and such in this song when I was six-seven.

  • The "First Aid Kits" made me giggle like I was high as a kid, I'm not sure why. Even now It makes me laugh like crazy. XD

  • Best Disney DTV Sequel Ever!

  • Me and my brothers used to sing that first bit everytime we went on a road trip. XD

  • as smart as owl is he sure can be stupid.skull rock??

  • the thing is... ALL the trouble they imagine, due to Owl scaring them. nice going bird.

  • 4 people are doomed to never return.

  • This PROVES that Pooh and his friends can be just as bad-ass as anyone else!

  • Disney. Look and learn.

  • I remember when my dad took me and my sisters to see this in the cinema. :D

  • @xemopengyx This was not in theaters. It was direct to video.

  • @arceustonu hey if this person remembers seeing it in a theater then it must have been in theaters

  • I love how much it looks like hes just trying to get rid of them XD

  • What Owl really is doing is getting rid of the gang so he can the Hundred Acre Woods all to himself!

  • Nice pep talk, Owl.

  • I love how they are all so scared and I was so scared when I was litle watching this! Ahh, I miss those good ol' days!

  • Pooh: Perhaps you could join us?

    Owl: No, you go ahead!

what Owl was really thinking: Are you OUT OF YOUR MIND?!?!?! I'm not going, didn't you just hear me explain how flippin' dangerous it's going to be in a spontaneous yet well orchestrated song and dance number? Get out of my house!

  • @AndItAintNoMan though he did he say in the song that he wished he could go

  • that owl is scary O__O

  • This song is STILL nightmare fuel for me! I was scared to watch it in the dark when I was younger...

  • @GoddessOfTheAir Same here! This and the pink elephant song from dumbo freak me out.

  • haha owl is such a spazy character XD I love this movie

  • The part i is when owl told them best part ever eye of the skull. on 2;02, that give me nightmars. :(

  • I still laugh along with this, and I'm 18 years old. Love this movie from my childhood <3

  • When he said General Pooh, I imagined Pooh dressed as Patton.

  • when i was little, this was my idea of a horror movie XD but as it's Winnie the Pooh, I still enjoyed it.

  • This song creeped me out when I watched this part when I was little, but I still liked it.

  • 3 people don't like adventure :(

  • @enyts make that 4 now :(

damn ppl with no active imaginations -_-"

  • I never realized how dark some the images in this song were when I watched as a kid.

  • TV tropes?

  • 2:05 was nightmare fuel for me as a child. And Pooh's reaction to the sudden horrific discord in both imagery and music? "Oh bother"

  • The episode the new eyore is still the best!

But i cant find it anywhere:S

  • 2:46 I never noticed that O.o but that's not strange in any way. I'm swedish, why would I know about anything american as a kid lol ... :/

  • @angie4josh Yeah, and - this takes a couple tries - but when Owl's saying the first 'o' in Skullosurous, and his eyes are barely open, pause, and he somehow looks like even more of a creeper! It's hard to get it exactly, though.

  • My fav. Song in the whole movie. I especially like the part with owl on that "I need you" uncle Sam posters. Good times :'-)

  • I used to watch this all the time as a kid. forgot how good it was

  • i love how at 3:15 they're like "okay screw this let's ditch this wacko!"

  • This used to scare me so bad when I was little!

  • this song always scared me as a child. and yet, i would still watch it xD. Now i like to go on adventures because ADVENTURE is a WONDERFUL THING! xD Luv u forever and ever pooh! oh, where has disney gone? from cartoons that actually taught us something to reality that doesn't really teach us anything. TT^TT

  • Owl, your not helping!

  • It's only thinking about it now I'm older that I realised

Disney shouldve been too scary and deep for kids.

But I love it so it doesnt really matter x)

  • This part is really scary, kinda reminds me of a very scary scene from that movie "The Haunted Mansion".

  • I was onlu four when I first saw this and, for some reason, I didn't find it scary. All l was thinking was, "Wow. I'm four I even I know how to spell 'skull'."

  • if you think about it, this kinda shows what's going to happen.....

that everything's gonna seem freaky and scary, and then it's really not........

    haha

  • this song used to freak me out when i was little, and it still kind of does, and im going to be a junior in high school!

  • Is it just me, or does it sound different on YouTube than it does on my T.V.

  • One of my fave songs EVER in a kids movie. Not that I watch it again... wow Owl was a bit of a creep and of course slightly melodramatic! LOVE IT!!!

  • Man. I haven't listened to this song since I was seven or eight (thirteen years ago! Geez, I feel old). I now regret finding it on youtube. I'm pretty sure it's going to be stuck in my head for the rest of the week. Curses!

  • WOOZLES WONDERFUL!

  • Skull is past the gorge, so maybe Pooh and friends never were actually there. I mean the cave in the movie looks nothing like a skull.

  • I loved this film when I was a kid.

  • 3 people missed the like button.

  • And you...General Pooh :D:D:D:D

  • I just remember this song use to scare the crap out of me when I was a kid.... :I

  • So many memories....so little time.... <3

  • ...

    Owl is messed up.

  • haha love this song! been forever since i heard this. the song is funny listening to it now because it's so dark lmao

  • and this is why the movie's rated pg XD

  • @Tamers12345 is it REALLY pg?

  • @sammybrownio Yes. It got massive critisizume because of this scene. It scared to many children when the movie came out.

  • @Tamers12345 oh wow...i was never that scared of it lol

  • @Tamers12345 Really? I just found it funny!

  • "Without a monster or two, it's hardly a quest!"

  • oh brother or oh mother?

  • in the words of teh morgan

"THIS SONG JUST SCREAMS PMD2 CHATOT"

  • All Pooh says is "O, bother."

    UNDERSTATEMENT

  • now i sweat nostalgia!!! i remember when they got to skull i was so fucking scared as a kid!!!

  • Owl: Insane DM.

Job: Scare the shit out of new players.

  • @SmartNoob89 Before I grew up this was scary. Now that I've played Dungeons and Dragons, I see that Owl's one crazy-ass DM. Probably learned it from his Great Great Uncle Twice Removed, Gygax.

  • There are actually a lot of good songs from this movie.... As well as other Disney movies, but no one really expects to find cool songs in Winnie the Pooh ^-^

  • this movie scared me as a kid.

  • This creeped me the fuck out when I was little, but it's really a pretty good song.

  • This scene always scared me.

  • this use to scare the crap out of me!

    buh its a good scene!x

  • 2:05 was sooooo scary.

When Owl sings this song he sounds like Jack Skellington when he sings in The Nightmare Before Christmas.

  • Owl is unbelievable, he should go with them!! And he's just sitting there telling them what fun they'll have... oh funny times! I love all the songs in this but the film freaks me out! But I love disney and Winnie the pooh, I never want to grow up!!

  • Owls singing scared them enough to run away XD But im curious. Why was Christophers school in a skull? Made of rock? With no other humans around? Out in the wild?!

  • @BloodyFlesh626 i don't think it was, I think Owl made that up

  • lol, they all salute pooh at 2:12

  • this brings back good memories XD I used to watch this movie everyday

  • Same here!!:D

  • Man this film is till awesome today and was only 5 when I watched this in the 90's I love the 90's sooooo much

  • "Oh bother." Kind of an understatement, dontcha think Pooh? XD

  • *sigh

I guess Owl sometimes exagerates sp? too much

  • this was my favorite song on the movie xD

i used to sing this when i was like 4

  • <SFAFDAFDSAFDSFD 0:45.

    OH GOD.

    WHAT.

    SHADOWS.

Damn, this is full of trauma.

  • this entire movie used to scare the PISS-SHIT out of me!!!!

  • why does pooh sound like a smoker? but i love him so!!!!

  • Wasn't there a part where Pooh got stuck in some sort of inescapable cavern, trying and failing several times to free himself? I'm not sure where that was, but it scared me a lot as a child.

  • Youd think kids would get nightmares from seeing so many scary faces and skulls in this scene. Not to mention the wording of the song."Those of you doomed to never return, what lurks around the corner, youll never want to come home maby you never will, Kids understand these. No wonder piglet was afraid. And plus when owl pointed at the map at 2:19 he spelled skull right and not spell it S-C-H-O-O-L. How come he did earlier?

  • It's been 11 years (Holy crap. 11?!) and my dad still goes "I salute you! And to those of you doomed to never return, I salute you twice!"

This movie is my childhood. X3

  • do you know how many times i watched this? :] awh i miss being a little girl :,( no stress and now at 15 life just sux:[

  • you think its bad now? wait till your 20. You graduate, you have to get jobs and if you dont you might have to stay with your family ALL DAY LONG. or at home all day doing nothing, may sound nice at first but after a few months of doing nothing at home, you run out of fun things to do and you start to go insane.

  • Yeah. Imagine what the REAL CR faced. Having adventures with his stuffed animals was fun initially, especially with his father & Mr. Shepard creating beloved stories. He was later insulted due to the stories, but forgave his detractors & forgave his dad for robbing him of a normal childhood, accepting that he was forever going to be that little boy. Before passing, he put Pooh & friends in a special case within the NYC Library & saved Ashdown Forest--the real life 100 Acre Wood--from developers.

  • "S-C-H-O-O-L...Skull!"

  • There's no such thing as a skullasaurus. Owl made it up just trying to scare them.

  • @dolphinluv2413 What do YOU know, hm? It honestly could have been a Dragon Lich.

  • @SmartNoob89 What's that supposed to mean?

  • This song still gives me giggles. You can tell this is when Disney realized their movies contained scenes that gave kids nightmares, and decided to make fun of themselves for it. The lyrics and visuals are just so perfect in this song: "You'll never want to come home; maybe you never will!" The sad thing is that the rest of the movie is really a let-down compared to this; if it all were this zany it would have been a classic.

  • Upside-Down Rock gave me nightmares as a child.

  • @BowserTheSecond Are you serious it did me too dude! awh

  • @BowserTheSecond OMG! I KNOW! RIGHT?! I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE!

  • @BowserTheSecond me too

  • @BowserTheSecond Same and also the monsters at 1:24

  • owl is the best!
