My high is 340k. Playing with a laggy TV really screws you up though. It sucks. I usually don't bother playing on laggy TVs because I can never get them calibrated right.
Luckily, I somehow stumbled upon a 40" LCD TV with NO LAG. I was amazed. I have my offsets set at 0ms/0ms for Audio/Video.
