  • im going this friday for my birthday but my birthday is next tuesaday

  • Is the bart subway thing even open anymore in sf

  • let me guess ur going back to universal

  • check out my vids ive got the same thing sadly its just alittle brighter i think

  • I thought about that after i wrote my comment, that the view wouldn't be that good..Good job overall !!

  • Just wondering why you didn't film the otherside of the show ?

  • @jjjay69 Because you probably would have had a blocked view anyway. Mind as well have stable footage for one side.

But don't worry. Like I mentioned earlier, I'll have a new version coming up soon.

  • They closed this :(

  • @Keychainlover Where'd you get this from?

  • @InsideUniversal I went there Sunday and when I went in there, all we did was go in it and went out. There were no effects.

  • @Keychainlover There was probably a few technical difficulties. Doesn't mean it's closed permanently. All things considered, this attraction has an extremely high uptime.

  • @InsideUniversal When I went with my friends, they told me they were. But who knows, your right it has been there a looong time and they cant just shut it down.

  • @Keychainlover no they didnt haha , i was there on Saturday

  • @Keychainlover No, it's open.

  • LMAO @ 2:14. "Oh great...hahaha...I hope you know how to swim."

    XD

  • dis one is one of my favorite it was soo coool!

  • I like how they have a orange juice poster saying " shake it up" little hidden things in there!

  • I think I've lived in Southern California long enough that even an earthquake of these proportions wouldn't bother me. XD

  • @roseofluna Yeah me too! lol. I was in an earthquake a few years ago and that was way worse than the one at the backlot. Once you've lived in Southern California long enough, these things don't bother you. XD

  • The one in Universal Orlando is a bit different...you ride a subway train to the station instead of a tram.

  • i went there today lol

  • you did not show us the flood you suck

  • @178shadowthehedgehog If you're trying to insult me, at least use proper grammar.

  • @178shadowthehedgehog

I agree with you, I mean why even video the attraction if you're not going to show all of it? Just a waste and the flood is the best part of the attraction IMO.

  • I remember this set being used recently for a documentary on television...

It was a documentary about the New York bomb scare back in 2006 where Al-Qaeda was planning to blow up the underground tunnels that lead in and out of New York, but the C.I.A. managed to stop them.

They used this set in the documentary to show what would have happened to New York's underground transportation system if the terrorists succeeded.

  • is that a real earthquake?

  • I went here before

  • I heard that they were shooting "Bones" for that set.

  • they amped up the movement on the tram now

  • might be going to universal studios LA in october is it as good as the one in orlando? cause this is a lot of money and i'm coming from the UK. So I dunno which one to choose.

  • This part of the tour is awesome!!

I never understood very well the quote when the water appears, can anyone "translate" it to me?

Only I know that a woman screams and says "Look out!..." and I don't know the rest...

  • @kurisuchankun Could be "Look out, it's going to rain!" or "Look out, it's the water main!". Not really sure to be honest with you.

  • @InsideUniversal i think it was its going to rain

  • @kurisuchankun intrestingly enough, its

    : look out! tidal wave!

  • @kurisuchankun I believe that it is, "watch out! The water main has broke!"

  • Looks sooooooo cool!

  • AWESOME!

  • this would be scary if a real earthquake happened during this. I would be like this is a big earthquake

  • whats dat ride called i wanna go on it.

  • @sfan26 its a set in the blacklot tour

  • It's A Scene From Beverly Hills Cop 3!

  • didn't king kong burn down i believe it was

  • @racingchamp101 king kong is coming back in there new ride king kong the 3D thing its a ride and in 3D too

  • oh kool !!

  • @racingchamp101 yea they rebuilt it! i went there like a week ago. they did awesome improvemnets

  • awsome im going there soon

  • i would love to go but to be honest i'd be posibly like REALLY scared... has there ever been any accidents down there on the rides??

  • It will be danger if the wer upgrading it and the ride came on!!! D:

  • coool i need some bffs

  • yeah the happen a lot in cali..

  • I wold love to go on it but thay have the most unsafe rides ever just look at king kong his tip finger ripped off and a HUGE HUGE HUGE FIRE

and the fire at king kong is real.

  • i know and it even burned him down... :(

  • you are an absolute moron for believing that

  • ...ok.. well then why was it on tv...

  • Yea, so the fire is real? How is that unsafe? It's a controlled fire, theres a difference between an uncontrolled fire and a controlled one.

  • For proof that im right search this fire at king kong news

  • Yeah the fire's real, but it's coming from some gasoline powered thing so it cannot catch on anything, and I went there before lol, it was scary. But yeah, you won't get injured as long as you don't go outside of the ride >_>

  • has anybody ever attempted to leave the tram car?

  • don't forget to search king kong fire

  • I thought it was for real xD

  • @iPodNeeerd its not for real its a simulation ride

  • this is tight. people on the tram thought this was real for a while lol. anyways earthquakes are whatever...

  • I live in l.a. now and I have already been through 3.

  • lol

  • This attraction looks cool!

  • L'Aquila for real not fantasy....

  • we didnt get to go in the earthquake because we had to watch some guy jump of a board instead :(

  • Im moving to los angeles in a week and I have never been through an earthquake before. what's it like? any advice?

  • Just secure any large items in the house.

Feel free to post it again.

  • we barely ever get em but we know the big ones coming soon.

  • I have actually experienced earthquakes before. You just feel everything shaking around you. You must really be prepared here in California especially because recently there has been alot of activity in the San Andreas Fault so it will probably take abou 2-3 years until the earthquake hits (which it will at LEAST be a magnitude of 12) Have a prepared medical kit with food, clothes, lamps and other goods and stay away from windows.

  • there's always alot of activity in that fault, there are many everyday, you just dont feel them. But really, a magnatude of at least 12????? i dont believe it...

  • seriously. magnitude 10 is unlikely maybe an 8 or 7.9 or something

  • well did you just feel the one that happened tonight???? howd you do?

  • @SugarCraveMedia not to scary... it could be *fun* if its a little trimmer but just know to get under a doorway or if possable a sturdy counter or even a table.Make sure you have emergancy food

  • lol they have a thing like this at disney land paris studios

  • i loved this part i went 3 days ago

  • Let's see you do better then.

  • That's what would happen if you were inside the Frisco subway during a quake.

  • Imagine, theres really an real earthquake while your riding that ride. That would be fun a little but scary a little too

  • I was on the simpsons ride at universal this past summer during an earthquake. When we got off the ride there was a park announcement "southern california has just suffered a minor earthquake" and they closed down the mummy and terminator 2 for an hour or two for safety inspections.

  • Earthquakes aren't fun, they are actually really scary, a ride you know it's controlled, but when the ground starts shaking and you could possibly die, it's not fun.

  • i know. ahha. especially if your in southern california;p everyone from other states waants southern california to die, so all the celebritys are gone

  • booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • In English please.

  • o_o...That subway and truckw as festive...

  • 0.50s I see the sub bass bins in the middle foreground looks like black wide area not very clear but damn it sounds good playing it though my AVR on AUX though the JBL sound system.

  • this ride was the most traumatic experience of my life.

  • I scream everytime I go in, for some reason it scares me. I always cling onto one of my family members. I still enjoy it though, just too loud, my ears are sensitive with this sorta stuff.

  • i know. i do too. for some reason, this is just a really scary ride. even though it shouldn't be. :)

  • Yeah, its just for some reason I never liked it much, let's hope when I go in two weeks I won't be so scared lol

  • i love this part but half of the effects don't work anymore

  • okay we are all fucking screwed if we happen to stumble upon the BIG ONE while im in los angeles.

  • Mind the language please.

  • lol iwas gona go to universal last week, and seeing this vid makes me not wanna go on this ride.... cuz it looks kinda lame haha no offense to you ofcoarse:)

  • it's a part of the studio tour. you would seriously be missing the point of universal studios if you went without going on the studio tour.

  • Amen. Well said brother.

  • reallly i want to travel to Los Angeles dudes, before a real earthquake hits the city

  • I remember riding this when I was 5, and my dad scaring the heck out of me. I couldn't sleep for days 'cause we live on a aparment

  • 1, the one in hollywood sucks compared to the one in orlando but it's still cool.2,next time aim the camera at the water scene

  • I wouldn't say it sucks. There are good and bad points about both attractions. In fact, I'll even go as far to say our version is rougher then Florida, thanks to the springs on the tram.

But you can't compare the two with the introduction of Disaster.

  • this one does look cool. sorry if i offended you.:) im also sorry if i spelled offended wrong

  • My favorite part of the backlot tour at USH is the earthquake simulation set.

...But, this isn't the best recording of it.

  • @beetlejuicexx3 I agree, and there will be an improved version coming up within the next few weeks.

  • you didn't get much of the ride on film...

  • I might try to film the other side, to get both viewpoints of the ride.

    Jon

  • When did u go? On the 8th or 9th?

  • If you take the spanish one you don't go in that one, You go in another one

  • Well, there's only one Earthquake at USH.

    Jon

  • thats my favorite part i love it! :D

  • Niiiiiiiice.
