In the Ontario Family Courts, the CCAS has incredible weight, butt there are no safeguards in place to ensure they have done their due dilegence. While I agree that the CCAS does not practice random home inspections, the CCAS can, by law, enter and house with children present and not disclose the reasons. ONT taxpayer give the CCAS's over $2B/yr and there is no safeguards against inaccuracies. Self-regulation=corruption

About a year ago, when my son was finally released from the clutches of the Children's Abuse Society, I wrote them a letter detailing exactly the harm they had done to me and my child. It made me feel better. Maybe someone there with a conscience took note.

just had my children swiped from me again for the second time, they wouldn't leave me alone. now they are going for crown worship for my boys 12 and 4yrs my oldest daughter was CAS involved and foster out. Now they want my boys!! My kids were being looked after by a neighbor when they entered and took my kids from her house.. I have had enough of them I will fight!! ALWAYS have a tape recorder in your pocket recording everything that is said whenever you are in contact with anyone from CAS.

NEVER EVER say anything negative about anything.

ex. we never fight, always have enough money, we are blissfully happy...etc..

The tape recorder saved my son. The worker would have been fired had I given it to the courts.. After I played it for her, she released him.

There is a semi secret grandmothers against society out there. Grandmas tend to want what they call KINSHIP care. My mom fights 4 it herself. So at least my child is in the care of family & not someone that keeps making him sick. She found out the records for ontario alone how many kids in the society die each yr. i wish I could of met this woman. They are getting another meeting together. They asked my mom to either get the word out or keep mouth shut. Get people together that are Anti-CAS

Not very many people talk about the rights of parents. At the end of the day talking to the children of the society. And their parents we have not learned our rights as parents. When it comes down to the end.. so far I see that when involved with Society wether we choose to or not. In the end the society rules the courts. Judges dont go on who says what. It's the fact that society is there. judges rule in favour for the society due to the possibility of them *cas, fac's being right.

My "new" worker talked to my kids 3 times, after they found nothing, yet the worker seemed odded out that one of my son't seemed abit off mentally umm I said he needed help! people have been trained to call for ANY reason, over the years we had call in about my older kids doubling on a bike, no snow pants on a warm winter day and my kids( at the time 7,9,12) at the park across the street during the day in a safe area! They are not trained to help families!

Your rights to privacy act of canada give you the right not to give any personal information to anyone the names birth date etc of your kids to the children's aid society you are allowed to fake the name of your kids to protect their identity of your kids. The children's aid society can not ask you for birth certificates if thay do thay just broke the LAW.

Every one has a right to a court trial in canada the children's aid society will try to avoid going to court at all cost. The children's aid society will try to hijack the birth certificates how you will know you have been hijacked your kids will be in a new school and if thay are you know thay have been hijacked ask your lawyer to find out more info on this hijacking if your lawyer dose not want to work for you hire a new lawyer

We need more actions. Demonstrations. Press. Films. Megaphones. Harder photos of destroyed children of CPS. Every time we success fighting for victims here in Germany or opponents started a harder propaganda with pictures of children hurt by their parents. About deat children in foster homes nothing is said.
