Absolutely stunning piece of visually inspiring footage. The story was flawless in depicting a Hikikomori's life. It reminded me so much of Welcome to the NHK. If any of you have heard or seen the anime, you'll know. This is genius work right here.

So amazing. As others say, the first two were good. But while I was watching this, I forgot I had been watching the same movie since an hour ago and still had to do my homework. So briefly beautiful it almost made me cry...

i remember the first time i saw shaking tokyo...it resonated with me so much.i watched it over and over.

La historia es hermosa y conmovedora, todos los elementos de la peli están en sincronía, el orden excesivo de la pieza, el nombre de la pizza "the end", la casa cubierta por enredaderas, el manejo de los tiempos, del sielencio, todo aporta al contenido. además puede ser leída como crítica social.

this was my favorite out of the three. i liked the other two, but after i watched this one, the other two were almost nonexistent in my head. i thought this was so beautifully made, i almost couldn't believe it was this short.

I could watch Shaking Tokyo over and over.  I liked the 2 others too but this one I felt most emotionally, his connection to the girl.

<3 amazing movie (which is not linked to others from trilogy) for those who suffer from hikikomori syndrome (agorafobia) and love order, routine and quietness and lonelinesswithout being a freak of society... i work, i pay my bills, i love life but i fear others and avoid them most as possible. a must see movie for all hikikomoris out there (check J-list site for t-shirts)
