@J3obo how to make Dummy units i mean the count of the dummys equal to all targets in area....so if there are 20 Targets in Area the trigger shall create 20 Dummy units and everyone shall take one target... how to do this?
Easy:
GroupEnumUnitsInRange
FirstOfGroup loop
Create dummy
Give him timed life
Order him to 'shackle' enemy
Start a timer
When the timer expires, explode all units (That you should've stored in some array or a hashtable)

But you are wrong anyway! Deathfinger is a unit-targetted spell. This one is not.
