@rcdriver31 Yea I just got one for Christmas that has metal parts, gyro, and 4 channels. I think it was only $50 or so but it's very precise. You can land it anywhere and have complete control all the time (unlike the air hog).
i have one also and it works fine, at first it was a hassle to just get up but after i got it tuned in with the little aluminum stickers and with the trim controls i'm now able to control the thing really well...only time i have trouble is when there's a air current running through the room or if i get to close to a wall, it tends to just stick to it until it smacks the propellor and starts crashing all around...it's well worth 30$ cuz it's sure as hell entertainning :)
A small wire comes out of the transmitter and plugs into the chopper. Takes around 15 minutes for a full charge and then it flies for around 5 minutes.
I have one of these also. Mine broke because my sister flew it into a bowl of spaghetti, but thats another story. Anyway, they aren't made to fly forward but go up and down and then rotate. What I did to mine was I put a little bit of clay on the fron to make it nose heavy and it will go 4ward. U can also use wax or pla do. It goes really fast when it worked and it turns but it takes a little bit of the batteries performance off.Does this make any sense?
I just bought a Air Hogs Stinger Hele for my little bro's birthday today. And he already got the hang of it. He can already fricken land the Stinger on top of a ceiling fan. And he also keeps on attacking me with it.
Right after you turn it on and get it into the air, tap the trim buttons until it stays straight. Also it will want to spin more as the battery runs down.
Should just take a few seconds. It can be pretty touchy. Also sometimes fuzz gets wrapped around the tail rotor motor. Pull the tail rotor off, get the fuzz out, and push the rotor back on.
It's only up and down and left and right. It comes with little weights that you can stick on the nose to give it the tendency to fly forward. I never thought a chopper could fly on 2 channels but it keeps itself amazingly stable.
u need to get a real mini chopper like an mx or stinger air hogs suck they dong go were u want
