MicroController : PIC16F84A

Quartz crystal oscillator (4-20MHZ)

2 x 22pF Capacitor or (15pF)

12 x Yellow LEDs

12 x Resistors (120 - 470 OHM) it depends on what Voltage you have and how much current your LEDs need

1 x Resistor (from 4k7 to 10 ohm) (VDD -> Resistor -> MCLR)

1 x Button for RESET (VCC -> Button -> MCLR)

for the others (transistor and the 2 other capaciter and the diod) are for voltage regulator
