I also have this Argo lp by the band. What is really interesting are recordings by this New Paul Whiteman band that Paul Whiteman didn't make recordings of in the 1920's. As to video footage, the band appeared on a Dutch Tv show called Paul Whiteman Revisited. Over on my page I uploaded the audio portion of the band playing Mississippi Mud taped off the TV. If this TV show existed and someone taped audio portions of it hopefully the video portion exists as well.

Is there any video footage of this band in performance? I have several lp's by the band and enjoy them. Dick Sudhalter plays very good Bix like solos. And yes RIP Dick Sudhalter. I enjoyed reading his Bix Man and Legend, Lost Chords and his Hoagy book.
