Cribbs is a much better kick returner then Hester, but Hester is a much better punt returner then Cribbs, Cribbs is stronger and can break a lot more tackles, thats an attribute that makes him the better kick returner, Hester is way more ellusive and quick, thats what makes him the better punt returner, they are different kind of players but you can't go wrong with either of them.
Cribbs is the man, BUT Hester is better. Cleveland has an awesome special teams coach. The bears special teams is average and hester still makes big returns. I think Cribbs is more fun to watch though.
I wouldnt say their entire special teams unit was the best, they dont do all that great of blocking for Hester most times but he still makes something out of nothing. joshua cribbs is awsome and im a huge cleveland fan but dont forget with out people like the huge hoses blocking for him he would just be another track runner i mean yea cribbs is fucking awsome but i think the linemen and blockers are the most underated players on the field for instece with out linemen and *cough* video recorders big baby brady would be nothing

Joshua Cribbs and Hester are terrific football players. Hester is a little better at kick returns but I would rather have Cribbs because He can tackle and can throw the ball, overall more valueable

hesters stats: att-43, yds-934, avg-21.7 2tds
WOW 16 more returns not a big ass deal. even without the 16 reurns he would have more yds. do the math 16x30=480, then 1809-480=1329 yds. See dumass hes better even if you take away the 16 returns away. so shut the fuck UP

to see cribbs go down and hit people on the coverage team and be a pro bowl alternate for coverage teams last year then come and lead the league in special teams tackles and kick return average and total yards speaks volume... hester is a dynamic player but if he scored so much why isn't his average better than cribbs why? its b/c he's hit or miss all or none; what coach would want that type of instability
