  • Why are we watching frog position for 2 minutes???

  • @BananaKing1993 i like how you think that a 65 second frog stand lasted 2 minutes

  • took me about a week and a half to do 60-second frogstand, then tuck planche about another week and a half to two weeks... then I stopped... I don't know why, I just stopped... started hitting the gym using the same "60-second, static exercise" mentality, came back, and I can hold an advanced tuck planche for 15 seconds now, where before I couldn't even extend my legs... progression is where it's at though, keep working hard at it and I will too, maybe I'll even post a video :)

  • Also, I do advanced tuck planche while in the gym now... my workout partner the first few times I did it was like "WTF O_O" and thinking back, before I started, I'd be like "WTF O_O" too... but now that I'm progressing farther, it's way easy, almost laughable to do the previous steps (frog stand and tuck planche)

  • Nice work. I've been using that guys guide too, can do tuck level pullups but I can hardly balance the frog stand haha any tips? How long did it take you to work up to 60 seconds?

  • Doing good, now with straights arms to make tuck planche easier for you.
