Well everything you see with cPanel is true, BUTTTTTT it doesnt work consistantly! It always crashes when you try to enter the admin manager, if you receive an error due to there negligence, support will take a minimal 24-48hrs to return an email. Then let you know that they can't dedicate the time to FREE HOSTING support Butttttttt if you wanna pay 5 bucks a month to get their paid hosting they would be more then happy to help you! Oh and theirs more, if you expect phone support, N/A at all!
