  • yeah nice cover dude 5/5

    great job !!!!

  • my favorite LP-song on guitar !

  • this is heavy metal xD

  • Its the heaviest Song from LP

    Nearly Heavy Metal

  • Real songs name is "Behind your lies", they didn't finished it, cause Minutes to Midnight was comming.

  • NO. FUCKING NO. This song was NEVER called "Behind Your Lies," and I'm fucking SICK of people trying to say that it is. it was released on the LPU6 CD and the title on the fucking tracklisting is "QWERTY." When they played it live in both 2006 and 2007, it was written as "QWERTY" on their setlists. Multiple members of the band have referred to it as "QWERTY" on numerous occasions. Quit believing everything you read on the Internet.

  • Yup, youre right, but you still play cool :D

  • @astatslpvids cool cover and guitar

  • Probably the heaviest LP' song. :)

  • not even close

  • A.06 ist the heaviest LP song... = /

  • Yes its heaviest LP song.

  • Well done!!! I think you did it much better then the most one's on youtube

  • Nice man, wish I were that good xD

Hey, should I be getting lessons from a trainer or should I just learn from the book? I have a book that teaches you like 10 chords and a few songs, but I think a trainer would be more effective. Is it worth the money?

  • Finding a guitar teacher is usually worth the money, I learned more in my 6 months of lessons at college than I ever learned in all the years of playing on my own. Plus, your teacher will generally give you books to learn stuff from anyway.

  • K, thanks

  • I was just informed my uncle was a guitar teacher :P yay me

  • ¨take lessons with a trainer

  • this must be one of the best LP songs on guitar!! also Forgotten, and Reading My Eyes... and well all those that have the typic LP cool bridges! :)

  • do u do drum covers

  • And Wish ? :P

  • nice cover how much was the ibanez if u dont mind me askin

  • wat album is this on

  • check the upload section or the faqs

  • is your guitar a ibanez (dont now what type it is) (my friend got one exactly like yours)

    bad english

  • WOW! Your A Gifted Soul That Was Amazing

  • I'm about to learn how to play the guitar. And I have a question. Should I start out with electric or acoustic? Thanks in advance, =]

  • A Steel String Acoustic DON'T GET A NYLON

    Steel Hardins Your Fingers

  • ^this.

  • I wish they kept the live guitar pattern with the studio drums. i usually play it like that and it sounds much better.

  • Would u recommend buying a Ibanez GRG170DX? Because I was thinking of buying It, but I want to know whats your opinion on It?

  • Meh...not really, the Gio series (the models with a G in front of the model name) are really cheaply built, even compared to the low-end RG models.

  • @astatslpvids i bought one for $300, good buisness? is it good? i couldn't try it yet =/

i'm a beginner so i can't tell the difference so clearly

  • do you aculy ever play the drums or r they just there for show or sumthing

  • can you tell me what is a pull-off? is it the same as a hammer-on?

  • Pretty much. A hammer-on goes from a lower note to a higher one, a pull-off goes from higher to lower.

  • how do u not know what a pull off is?!

  • i know what it is because of guitar hero lol, a pull off is like strumming on th 12th fret then without strumming you "pull off" on to say the 11th fret. hope this helps you.

  • i love that but is that really you playing and question did you go from acustic guatair to eltric?? cause i can play so i was just wondeng

  • I started on electric, it's better to learn on acoustic though. I still have a hard time with acoustic guitar because it's harder on your hands than electric guitar is.

  • my parents lied to me and told me that acoustic is easier. i played my friends squier and it was so much easier. im getting myself an electric in December.

  • thanks.. big help!! 1 more q. do u no the tab4 lead+solo 4 let down (chester bennington)i know the rythem parts?? please help. thx

  • I've honestly never even tried learning that song. I'll probably get around to it one of these days, it's one of those songs that's kind of easy to forget about since the Dead By Sunrise album isn't out yet and it's only been played live once.

  • this may b a stupid question? but how do u play harmonics??? sum lp songs have them and i cant do it. any tips?? thanks

  • I have a lesson video on harmonics.

  • Always impressed, no matter how many videos you put up, or which songs they are.

Care to tell us your other account name if you put up videos of your band? I'm very interested to see them, actually...

G'luck with the PR competition, too...try to record that, if you get in, i know i wouldn't be able to see it, regardless of if I had tickets, since i'm not near either concert site you mentioned. All the same, i'd still like to see it

    currently out-of-LPU LPU guy

    ~Abhorsen

  • My other account is really just for personal stuff and I haven't put any videos up on it yet anyway. If I do, I'll post what it is.

  • i can never hit the verse part right =\

  • Anthony, You going to Revolution?

Like always bro... you are hot with that guitar.

  • I'm not only going to Projekt Revolution, if luck falls my way I might wind up playing at PR. Even though we just got started, I'm going to enter my band in that MTV competition, can't hurt to try.

  • Bad ass. Where are you located? I mean which event will you be attending? That would be sick as hell to see you on stage.

HAHA.... when do we get to see vids of your band? I'd be willing to bet that you make the band. You and that sexxy guitar.

    Whats Your band Name?

  • We're in Ohio, the winners here play both the Cincinatti and Cuyahoga Falls shows, but I'm going to Cuyahoga Falls regardless.

I actually play bass in the band for the time being, but I'll probably get moved over to guitar sometime soon. We have our first show tomorrow, I might upload some videos from it on my other account if they're any good. The band is called Felonie Cassette, "felony" spelled wrong on purpose because the lead singer's name is Melanie. We might change the name though.

  • sweeeet =]

  • Well buddy, I am now fully convinced that this really IS "QWERTY" and not "Behind Your Lies". I gotta to blame it on those fuckers on Youtube and Limewire who called it that lol.

  • it is called QWERTY

  • ...Which is exactly what they just said.

  • oh lol

  • this is cool

  • Sweet, glad you made a new video. I wanna learn how to play this song, but it looks like it requires a lot of alternate picking. I'll give it a try later though ;)

  • You could play all the non-open notes in the verses as hammer-ons/pull-offs if you find it easier that way, but it's not going to sound exactly the same. Plus the open notes are every third note when the song's in 4/4 time, so it'd be an odd rhythm to pick at.

  • Ok, thanks man. Appreciate the advice, I was just tryin to play it and Its still way outta my league for now haha. I need to work on more basic stuff I guess. Thanks again.
