All they hear is 7L exhaust when there loosing though. Not to say I don't get beat though. There is some guy in his 40's with a 750rwhp 04 Cobra that is a handful every time.

I'm not exactly sure on everything he had done on his car. I know he had a P1SC Procharger. The mechanic took off the valve cover and saw the damage. The manager said we can't work on unless he paid for it, and it left on a trailer. It was a very beautiful car though.
Gotta love the ls7. Nice motors. We had a guy in his 20's, bring his modded 09 Z06 into the dealer for a engine noise. I think he dropped a valve, but we couldn't help him cuz he voided his warranty with the procharger, headers/exhaust, and all the other aftermarket shit in the car. It sucks to be him, I guess.

I'll give him one thing. He's right about the tires spinning with more power on the vette, don't take much more power to do that much less adding a S/C to it. @camirocz i love this guy, let me ask you something, under hard launches in your vette, does the clutch ever get stuck tot he floor and you have to get out of the throttle completely to get it in gear? every z06 owner i ask has that problem, where the clutch fluid turns dark black and hard launches aren't possible until you swap out the fluid for new stuff, kinda getting sick of having to change the clutch fluid literally every time we go racing
I have a c6 z06 and tick performance in N.C. has just released a clutch master cylinder and line to take care of the clutch pedal sticking to the floor.. It cost around 300 bucks but will save a clutch and a race... Well worth it..
@E5Ridez i hae a 03 z06 with cam heads intake pullies and tune...my cluth has 26k on it and it just now started sticking. i get a this stuff called tuffy fluids and it never stuck since then. i dont think they are in the market anymore..i dont know the new name but it was purple fluid if that helps = ) doesnt cost 300$ either..like 25 for a quart.
@hellbound413 thanks for the info man, but we already received the new clutch master cylinder and braided steel lines, so its kinda late to just try fluid, but im sure the combination of the two would be even better then one or the other, only downside to the new clutch parts is that its a 7 hour install, they have to remove the floor underneath and drop the entire exhaust system just to get at the lines, should be a fun bill all said and done :(

I read up on the c6 zo6 alot and it's prob by far the number one car on my list one day no doubt.. I have so much respect for them.. watched many vidoes on them and read lots of specs.. you put a good driver in the zo6 and re run that race I would put anything on it that the zo6 would murder that stang.
