for those of you who want to play this. its all played in G minor pentatonic scale. its REALLY REALLY easy to figure it out by ear, once you do it you'll be satisfied with the result :D, just put a lot of feeling into it.

@3agleh hi! it's hard to get some tip. but anyway, first you need to learn notes, just to play correct (note, that there are some mistakes in my video, because i don't learn solos by heart, i just play), then you must give yours notes some feeling. to get that, you must listen to original solo and try to understand singer. i got some angry, but also frightened feeling...maybe you will got some other feeling, so your solo will be different ;)

I'm so confused on how you play by ear. Do you have to know the scale? If so, is it just the same scale the whole entire time? And how do you determine the scale? Is it the same key of the song, and does it remain so the whole song?

try to use G minor with out the 6th and a lot of chromatic.. Training your ear is perfect though... Some blues solo would clue perfectly, G dorian also!! Try it..
