Masterpieces take so much time, I recently obtained the classic Korg M-1 and I've adjusted tons of sounds and I don't know where to start, because my entire repertoir of synths etc. offers too many varieties. :P

yes what do you think about the interface? I want to buy one, but i noticed they are discontinued! My main question is have you tried recording vocals, and if so is there any latency. That is the main reason i want to move away from usb. The monitoring sucks when recording vocals. Please let me know what you think. I might still get one on ebay or something.

@BeholdProphecy To be honest I wasn't that pleased with the setup, I think a lot of it had to do with my sony vaio laptop (never buying another one!) I now use a Mac + M-Audio Firewire 410. I'm going to be selling my Emu on Ebay shortly.

This is a pretty bloody good remake, i like it.

However you were using the wrong snare drum. i know in midi, CH10 instrument 16 has the correct (electronic) snare on many sound cards for this track.

Can You post a link to a MIDI file of this, i would love to mess around with it.

Faltermeyer rules. If any of you have had the chance to listen to the limited edition full-throttle score to the late 80s buddy-cop/action hit TANGO & CASH. My roommate and I both love faltermeyer's tracks after we watched the film last year went to see if we could find the soundtrack and 2007 was the release date. It's funny almost 20 years later it finally got released! Anyways we ordered it and it's great.

Well the Remote 25 was £300, the emu was £249, the laptop I already had (£1500 though). Native instruments Komplete was loaned to me by a friend, but it's around £1000. I have recently moved away from soft synths coz I don't think I can trust them live.

Thanks, I'm currently learning Superstition for an audition / band try out I (hopefully) have coming up. If I can find a camera that I can take upstairs to my Clavinova (rather than the built in webcam in my laptop) I'll try and get some video of it.

I used several videos (including yours) to come up with my arrangement for Superstition as all the sheet music on the net is way over simplified.
