@XOalakanaXO the manifestation process is more of a constant revelation. even though it already is complete in vibrational form it still has to be translated into physical form and this takes 'time'. so it is in the process of becoming physical. Even though the information for an adult human body is present in a fertilized egg cell it still has to develop to the point where it can manifest in its entirety. did this help?
