Slightly off topic, but there are parts of Texas where the only condiment one puts on a hamburger is mustard and there are giant signs saying, "don't even think about asking for ketchup." It can even be hard to get ketchup for your fries. This wouldn't be as much of a problem in Canada where malt vinegar, mayonaise, and gravy (ie Poutine Sauce) are common alternative condiments for fries.
