As somebody who speaks all three languages(tamil/telugu/hindi) I say this without any regional pride. I am a Bengali, but I got the opportunity to watch movies from all these languages as someody who lived in all three regions and can speak all these languages as fluently as the natives do. No disrespect to Bollywood, but they stopped making good films consistently starting 90s.
