Mass law states you must have your residence in Mass to vote there & defines residence as "where a person dwells and which is the center of his domestic, social, and civil life."
Mitt Romney desperately wanted to vote for Scott Brown in Mass in 2010 & so he did -- alhough he'd sold his Mass home by then & bought 1 in Calif & his wife admitted they were living in Calif at the time.
Mitt committed voter fraud & should avoid this subject or he'll be in trouble
