  • That was my Grandma's house and I lived there from 1955-1958. Pearlie died in 1975 then we sold it. Thanks for the post. Steve J

  • Shirls!!!! Lived just a few blocks away and loved loved loved their soft serve- chocolate, vanilla and the "flavor of the day". Great memories!!

  • Well at least Louies is still alive and doing well. It was 45 years between the last time I ate there and then again in 2009 when I went back for a wedding.

  • The Fuquas freeze-dried their cat after it died and kept it on their piano. Ellis was quite a gentle giant.
