i just got the northface women's surge from the mail, and i was super excited to get it! however, after 15 minutes of wearing it, my area around between my neck and shoulder became really sore and strained. the straps do have padding, but i find really hard, like cotton that was super densely pack. i find it weird that something praised for it's comfort would do this. anyone have any suggestions? i'm hoping i didn't find one of those rare rip off copies...

The "The North Face" logo at the end of the video doesn't look right. The letters should not be attached to each other. Bought the 2011 model and the logos look really clean. Also not sure if it's only on the 2011 model but mine didn't have the vertical tubular cushions between the main and the laptop compartments.
