I didn't think they made flying V bass. Twiggy's playing guitar in this video (why, I don't know), but its definetely a flying V. You can tell its a guitar, though. Twiggy plays four string basses, and that has six tuners on the headstock.

I think you'll find that Twiggy is both the guitarist and bassist for the band. They have a touring bassist for live shows but on recordings, Twiggy plays both and then they're layered.
