The tension on the pickup is too high. The gauge wheel should be running on the ground. You also need higher RPM. Get someone to show you how to bale hay.

I used to run a 460 with a Massey 12 baler. The baler was about right for the M, and the 460 could handle her with ease. I still remember how the baler would make the tractor rock, especially if I forgot to turn the PTO off around corners.

why are you bailing in transport position?why are your revs so slow that plunger on the baler should be doin 55 strokes a minute
