If we may not be able to monitor all the other donations & contributions to the Philippines from local & foreign sources, at least we SHOULD all keep a close watch on the government agency DSWD.
As a government designated entity, DSWD MUST BE TRANSPARENT & ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PUBLIC THEY SERVE. DSWD is duty bound paid by public funds & should do their job effectively, efficiently and immediately in times of calamity.

Arkanghel100, we have no update on DSWD but Cabral issued a letter of response to one inquiry about truth on Ella's blog only few days ago. It was too long that we can't even post it under descriptions. I personally didn't see the USA donation on their website. But there was a big donation from Saudi Arabia posted on their website. And yes, we believe Ella is telling the truth. There were a couple of exaggeration but it was good that this issue was made public. We will update you on this.
