Green Arrow is a great Character on this show, He's like the voice for all the fans who want Clark to move on and start helping people.....instead of sulking in his Barn dreaming about Lana

Season 8 was on course to be up there with 2 and 5...because Clark was finally moving somewhere....now Lana comes back and its losing steam again.
