When Hyper-V has acces directly to hardware also means for example the graphics card?

Well, with the latest Intel processors, the technology is there to allow complete access to hardware, including GPUs, at almost native speed. I'm not sure Hypet-V in its current form supports access to GPUs, though.

no prob :) btw - from that I've seen, all AMD dual cores are able to run Hyper-V - including the X2's.
I'm running Hyper-V under Windows Server 2008 (x64) on my Dell Studio 17 (intel T5750). It's pretty slick.
