Egwugwu the GREAT, God bless u for this upload 'Fuel for love' it brought memories of those unforgettable days flooding in.........wwhhhaaaaatttttttttt........
@yomstars the name of the group is One World. They were one of the most popular groups of the 70s and early 80s. Their bandleader is on facebook as Eugene Anii Hofnar Umebuani
You are the greatest man that ever lived, I do sincerely love you for posting these songs here. Tell me where I can download these songs into my Ipod. You are really an angel and I words can not express my thanks to you, You have made my Christmasas a wonderful one, thank you very much.
This song was a bluck buster here in Cameroon. I was in primary school at the time and we used to peep through the windows during tea-time to sea our elders dance. In Govt primary school Ndop, 1971.
These guys played with a virtuosity that matched anyone else in the world. We took them for granted at the time because of the over-abundant high quality music streaming out of every part of West Africa. Melody, harmony and tempo-these guys had everything and more. My! what treasures! Thanks for posting.
Hail biafra with the remarkable sounds that reminds me when joung girlswere being voilented here and they. Some grown up girls suffered in the hands of men who deceive them with tin of sadine inprenant them and deny. Have they stopped this in my country? We want to hear more of that sound some ppl are talking about. We have not heard of the DOVES yet . It sings Whenever u see me come around me.HHHAHHHa
Thank you very very very much for taking us back to the really really good old days of Nigeria...
Wish we could get all these great artistes together for NIGERIA@50 somehow. All the great bands could be regrouped for the special event, and lets get them recognised and rewarded for their creativity.
Welldone, sir and thank you for much more songs yet to be posted

Hi Mr Egwugwu. Thank for this upload. I haven't heard this in years. I am looking for a song, the chorus goes something like -
Don't for your mama and papa
Be good to your mama and papa
They have no substitute
They have no duplicate
Does it ring any bells? Do you know the name of this group? I believe they were in the 70's possibly earlier 80's. Thanks

Thanks for keeping the groove alive. Any songs from Dan Ian album? Dan was the engine of many 70s Igbo funk groups.
