Throttle bodies only help out engines with carborateurs, these engines and any other electronically monitored intake systems dont gain anything, its just like adding to your throttle body; now intake systems and cone filters on the outside sucking up air is a different thing..... Those work based on the air getting sucked in; spacers dont suck in anything, they take up space. I am a mechanic and know many others that will tell you the same thing im saying.

This truck is beast man. I have almost the exact same truck 04 1500 with the KN cold air,Full Flowmaster True Dual Delta 40s, and the superchips, and in black. . I have 2 kicker CVX 12" subs with a kicker amp and an alpine head unit in the custom box under the seats. You got good taste bro

2 - 10'' MTX subs in a custom fit box that fits under the back seat made by MTX specifically for my truck. Unfortunately I dont remember all the specs- but rocking 4 infinity reference speakers, alpine amp and deck. All I know is it bumps hard and plays music real clear.

MTX custom made 2 - 10'' sub box that fits underneath the back seats. 4 infinity speakers / alpine amp and deck. It is stocked for sure with a system. Freaking love it. Crutchfield hooked me up with the supplies.

hey thanks for the reply... the best price i found at a local store is 127. the air raid intake already makes enough noise it drounds out the sound of my exhaust! so the biggest change would probably be from off the line to about 3000 rpm?

127 aint too bad. I think I found mine for 112? As you know though, I dont know if you remember before adding the air raid intake, but my engine sounded quiet before I added the intake, after that it was loud! But I didn't hear a "swoosh" sound from the intake. The spacer will take care of that. Someone people find it annoying. Saying it's like a whistle, I personally like it. When I start my truck, it sounds like a helicopter starting up for a brief second if you listen carefully.

as for when it kicks in, it kicks yeah I believe up to 3500rpms. I definitely feel a jolt to about 1500-2000rpms though. Like I said don't expect anything MAJOR or drastic but it makes a difference. I personally liked it, and thought I was worth the money spent. With good driving habits, it raised my MPG by .5mpg. I like it.

hey nice truck man. i got a 2006 1500 with a bully dog in dash programer, air raid intake and flo master exhaust but i was wondering if the throttle body spacer was worth the couple hundred bucks more? Does it give it more off the line or where do you notice it the most thanks

nice setup on your truck. Couple hundred bucks for a throttle body spacer? I would do a bit more online research because I got mine for just over a hundred. Is it worth it? It honestly made a 'noticeable' difference, but it was 'slight to minimal'. 1) It did add a little more torque to my truck - so yes. I liked the addition. If you're saying a couple hundred, nah... id try looking again for different prices 2) I couldnt hear my intake before the spacer but after it brought that alive.

right now, being winter time 9-10mpg. But I will say to you that honestly it all depends on the driver. When I drive conservative - conscience of trying not to drive like an asshole, I get 13-14 mpg with my mods. But when I drive my "normal" way... i avg around 11-12mpg. Reason why i'm getting such low gas mileage right now in the winter is because I have an auto start and being in Alaska right now, I start my truck up before I go somewhere cause it's cold as shit. So that's for the low MPG

Definitely makes a difference with the things I added for sure, but I will say that it seemed like hypertech III programmers was something to look at too, I had that shit on my truck for a week and it made it SCREAM! but i returned it because I found a better deal on superchips and it's.... a difference as well. Im done modifying for performance though because I dont really need to speed nor race anyone in a heavy ass truck, just trying to get the best MPG i can.

the throttle body spacer made my K&N intake come a live and I think i'm pretty into my truck enough to really hear/feal any changes whether slight or big to my truck.

The spacer put a noticeable 'jump' in acceleration. I won't say it's "HUGE" but it's definitely noticeable and worth it I think. But then again I did a lot of online shopping and think I got mine for 90 when it's usually posted for $120? or around there.

Was worth it. One thing you may not like - but something I like is there is a little bit of a "whistling" noise when you accelerate but I like it. When I put my K&N intake in it made my engine so loud but I never got the "air" noise I thought I was going to get. The spacer gave it that and a bit more torque. Not a lot, but worth the money and noticeable.

I have an 04' 5.7 Stock with only K&N Filter same as stock filter, I remove the last silencer and I get 15.5 and 19 highway and sometimes 21 with a load cruise control at 55 mph with the haul bottom engage, I think is the way you drive or need a good tune up, I use synthetic oil since I bought it, with 0 miles and when I want to race I'll get 12 MPGs I love my truck, yours looks great and bad ass

I'm getting altogether 13-15 mpg. Of course tire pressure and all the checkups need to be all where it needs to be to get good ones. I was getting like 11 mpg cause my tires were low. Anyhow, with everything the way its supposed to be thats what im getting.

Throttle body spacer does help! you will hear a lot of people say it doesnt, some say it does. It's not a HUGE increase. Its a fairly cheap addition to give you a bit of noticeable torque, +1 to +2 mpg depending on how you drive, and made my intake come to life. I drive my truck a lot and I noticed a difference after I installed it myself.

who ever did the work on that truck has no clue what he is doing. crap welds, and where is the intake temp sensor? look at the intake there is a hole for it right next to the breather hose.

yeah I will admit it looked shitty, but honestly I got lucky when someone bumped my bumper and it hit my exhaust pipes loose and cracked the pipe here and there. Long story short, with insurance I got a more professional exhaust company here in Alaska to redo everything. Which was sweet because they cleaned it up! looks really good.

I got it from Schucks, just a Light Blue Bulb for the turn signals. If you go in there asking for that, they'll find you one you have to pull out your own stock turning signals to see what type of bulb you need. I should make a video. As for the main lights I have bright pure white lights. I forget the make but thats what I got.
