Extraordinary film. Hope to see the uncut version, someday. Everybody was so good in it, Jet Li made tremendous strides in his acting work with this one, and Andy Lau stole a piece of my heart - wonderful character he played!

I finally bought the uncut, Hong Kong version. It's 127 minutes long, instead of the 113 minutes of the US release of the film, plus some scenes were put in different order, than in the original cut. The cut version is fine - it's the one I saw first, and it stands on its own, as far as I'm concerned, but it's great to see the uncut version - it adds a little more clarity to the story, and characters. But either version worked for me.

Because it looks cheap, and it takes away half of an actor's performance, if they can't dub themselves, in English.

Chinese history is rather neat, the First Emperour was a Servant of God, yes he was, many in China were. 4000 years ago or so. It wasnt to long after the Flood. Then the Faith fell into worldliness, for a time till the Good News came to China by the Apostles. Many Christian church's in China and east shortly after our Lord's Crucifixtion. Then persecution arose throughout the east, many Christians were killed, tortured for Jesus. Now the Word is Growing again, Korea, China, vietnam, etc.

Christans,Jews and Muslims are great religions only there current practitioners are "sometimes" ignorant rude crazy people, who instead of sharing there faith try to shove it down your throat.

Christianity is and along with the other two the most violent close minded religions ever developed. More wars and senseless deaths of women and child and forced conversions then any other faith.

Whatever you have read, be careful, im sure there are those who blame Christ for wars, but you have to be a person willing to do some research, there are many cults out there who claim, " We are the only way to Heaven and god." If you ever come across them , just quote Jesus " John 14:6 " I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

If God is jealous,angry that you do not worship him then he is no god of mine...As thoses emotions are human ones not godly. If there is a God he is perfect and all knowing- and judges you from your heart and how you live, not how and who you worship or what religion you choose, someone that peity is no god at all.
