Parking around Potts Point is a cut throat murderous ritual. At about 3pm every afternoon, all the vacant car parks for resident parking fill and there is none left for residents. Those left out have to go to another parking zone, which is out of the code on the resident parking sicker. Usually, they have to park down Wooloomoolloo to park. No wonder there is road rage here, fights over spaces, and people sabotage each other's cars in frustration. Now everyone is selling their car. +TSt+

I think parking just brings out the community spirit in everyone, too bad it's the tormented, evil type of spirit! :)

I'm also tired of fools who park blocking a space for two cars. Stupid parking also makes pedestrian's life harder by blocking the sidewalks. But by far the most stupid parking is the one when the driver can't find a place to park so they leave their car on the street!

Thankfully that doesn't happen around here, leaving your car parked in the middle of the street would be an invitation for it to be vandalized by even the most responsible of citizens. ;)

What gets me about my particular parking dilemma is that instead of fixing the obvious parking issues, the council have the cops patrol the area during school start and end times to fine people on stupid technicalities.
