@jajceboy Not only that, but in France, where Gordon's love for cooking began, he had French chefs there who basically were constantly shouting at him for every little mistake he did. By the way, how do you know there are 'far better' chefs in the world? Have you eaten at all their restaurants? His 3 michelin stars are a testament to his skill as a chef and level him with the few others who have it. Also, unless you've worked with these other chefs you have no idea how they treat staff

The hell that goes on behind the kitchen doors is despicable, and then the food is brought out to smiling guests who have no idea that hell on earth is occurring in the kitchen. There is NO NEED FOR THIS ANY MORE. I’d rather cook my own than eat food that has been prepared under such vile circumstances.
