Peter Ritzen is one of the greatest musicians from Belgium, as a pianist, composer and person! It's a pity he's living in Taiwan... But I'm sure he's much appreciated over there: well, I hope he is!
The 'live' performance however was of a much greater impact than here to be seen.. and felt on YouTube.. As you may imagine. (RMS staff members in Taipei, who attended the Premier Concert in June 2005)
Great music.. seldom to be heard (created) in these computer times.. Also the Orchestra and Conductor are significant as is the fantastic Soprano, with her huge voice..!
VERY impressive. Would love to get the CD (Naxos)?
