  • proud to be polish

  • Awesome! A true hero.

  • Very impressive guy what he has done and achieved is incredible. For all he has been through, his wife was a holocaust survivor and committed suicide only 3 years before this interview and he still has the ability to laugh and have a positive outlook.

  • 51:15 "THEY ALL KNEW"...

  • Amazing account of the meeting with President Roosevelt at: 48:24

  • Great quote 42:24 "The Jews had no chance during the war. They were doomed because, on the allied side, they had tremendous issues: saving humanity, unconditional surrender, destruction of German war potential, ..., and on the Jewish side, they did not have their own country, they had nobody, they had no army, they had no representative in the inter-allied war council. They had no voice. You understand? "

  • a great man.

Danke.

  • respect for the brave

    shame on racists

  • There was many peoples like that in Poland. Witold Pilecki became the only known person to volunteer to be imprisoned at Auschwitz concentration camp. While there, he organized the resistance movement in the camp, and as early as 1940, informed the Western Allies of Nazi Germany's Auschwitz atrocities. He escaped from the camp in 1943 and took part in the Warsaw Uprising executed in 1948 by the communist secret police.

  • wHAT A BRAVE , BRAVE MAN .

  • Jan Karski was one of the very brave people who tried to stop the killings of the Jews and others. He placed himself repeatedly in situations where he easily could be killed for the greater good of humanity. Churchill and Roosevelt did NOT do their part to help the victims of the Nazis. That will be forever to our shame!
