There were alarms in the end when her heart stopped, perhaps you're not listening correctly? And I believe she was saved by her friend; she thanks them in the end.

You know you've found a good video when you feel the need to watch it 4 or 5 times over. Still not sure why the animal/angel was so concerned when the girl started drowning (wasn't that the point of leading her on to the water?). Or maybe it was trying to lead her from sickness back to health by crossing the water? Still not sure - maybe I'm missing something. Favourited anyway.

The path across the water led to the peaceful afterlife. The girl was struggling with her illness, her life one of pain and misery. The monster symbolized that, and although she was getting better and returning to the material world, it meant returning to her pain.

The spirit embodied in the creature was a lifelong friend, and wanted to take away the suffering by freeing her from the physical bonds so she could finally rest.

Pointless, melodramatic, and poorly done. It's pretty bad when you've obviously spent more time on the background then on the art for the main character. Totally cliche'd story, stilted movements, clumsy storytelling.... I kind of expected better.
